Help new comers by explaining them the rules so that they won't behave out of line. Making people respect each other and instead of making them hate moderator, being friendly with them and have their trust in us. Having discussion with others about their experience. Understand what other wants and how to handle them and talk with them.

4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

- I want to be a moderator to provide help to others. For what I have seen in Indian chat, is that other moderator don't give warnings first to newcomers, instead of explaining the rules and helping them, they just mute them saying "it's a warning". They lose patience which is one important skill that should be in a moderator and I think i can handle all these easily. I know they have a lot of burden and i respect every mod so I want to help them and make our chat a good chat together with them but reducing their burden and don't make others do complain about not explaining anything. From my experience, I have seen chats of "stake challenges" chat and I have seen people being so friendly there with mods and mods involving and interesting with them making the chat a happy talking place. And that is the thing which I think lacks in India chat, i wanna make India chat something like that and help others and help them behave so that they don't ruin India Image anymore.

- I have been muted before. Reasons like chat jump, spamming and sometimes because of jokes... But now I follow every rules and also warn people to follow rules.

I'm usually on Stake from early hours till late (7am-11pm ish) and try to follow topics or bets/wins-losses, or wherever the conversation is flowing on the chat.

A moderator is someone who regulates the chat - making sure that the rules are followed and that no one tries to evade/manipulate/try any loopholes in the said rules to their advantage. That includes themselves as well, as someone who is moderating the chat should also lead with an example.

Becoming a moderator is not an easy thing, especially here where the number of people online and are active are not few. It is a challenge and an opportunity to learn, which I would like to take up if given the opportunity.

2. How much time do I spend on chat every day? I’m on chat pretty much all the time, apart from when I’m sleeping. (I am on the chat 15-16hrs per day continuosly)

 
3. From what I understand, a moderator’s job is to keep the chat running smoothly—enforcing rules, helping users, answering questions, and making sure everyone has a good experience.

5. Yes, I was muted on my first day on Stake because I didn’t know the rules yet. I’ve learned since then and haven’t had any issues after that.
