I get the need for a mod who speaks Nigerian dialects but honestly focusing on just one language might make other active users feel left out. Not saying it’s a bad idea, just think balance is key so the whole chat stays welcoming.

Not really applying but just wanted to say its nice to see the team thinking about different language groups. The chat gets messy sometimes when mods cant understand what people are saying in loal dialects.
