Day after i got an email from the : Hi DikkieSamDa, We're writing to inform you that we've made an update to your account. At Stake, we take pride in ensuring we distribute bonuses evenly across our community. We have identified your account as one that has received an excessive amount of bonuses compared with subsequent gameplay, which is limiting our ability to cater to all types of players. You will still be eligible for the same bonuses, such as weekly and monthly bonuses, however, these will be at a slightly reduced amount for the next 30 days . You are still able to wager, deposit and withdraw as normal. You will also be able to claim bonuses such as Rakeback, Reloads, Promotions & Boosts. However, you will notice the amount you will receive through those bonuses has been reduced. After 30 days has passed, you will be able to receive bonuses at normal amounts once again. Regards, Stake Not sure why they are doing this, i never asked for rain in the first place as i was sure i didn't wager enough. Now i get "punished" for 30 days as a result from their error?! Support was friendly but as expected the department who decides this can't be reached no further explination given; it is what it is. Stil like you stake but its a bit weird and feels unfair tbh

MariaM Posted May 25, 2025 #3 Posted May 25, 2025 Yeah, that does sound frustrating. What is even more confusing is that I’m also getting this same email every 30 days like it just resets and repeats, which really doesn’t make sense.
DikkieSaMe Posted May 29, 2025 Author #6 Posted May 29, 2025 All good i guess the system makes errors from time to time Just surprised that nobody can explain why Support is fast and friendly but seems to lack resources to explain why this is happening Let's see if after 30 days things return to "normal" until the next thing happens which i have no influence on to get punished again This is the second time, first time i got banned from bonus 7 days because i had enough wager to claim codes during the stream which i did with success Still keep on going keep the grind alive

For me it was the same as yours. The first time was 7 days. The second time was 30 days. They didn't want us to bet here so they did this to us.

This has nothing to do with wager, I am not sure why you are trying to mix that with the email you received. As we all know, so many players are using bots to claim bonus drops and obviously you are one of them. Stake could just close your account according to their T&C, you should feel lucky they took things in a easy way.

So what your stating is loko. They told me it was cause I had a ”good” week up like a few hundreds but had recieved alot of bonuses If I remeber correcly around 5-600 in bonuses. I lose thousands every month since start otherwise. Its good for them to remove the rake 10k a week to get drops people tho for sure but at the begining when they started this alot of ”wrong” people recieved it. Edited June 6, 2025 by XeroF

I stated that i didn't have enough wager to receive rain. They gave it to me nevertheless This must have been the reason i got more in compensation then i should have. On top of that your assumption with regards to claiming with a bot is also incorrect
