Stake are now BANNING regular players from ALL promotions

I started playing at Stake over 3 years ago, I am platinum 6 and have never really had any problems on Stake until now.
The reason I have had Stake as my favorite casino is because of the promotions and challenges they have, they are fun to play and even though they can cost a lot to complete I still enjoy it more then just playing random games, I still play a lot of originals, new slots and do a lot of sportbets too so I don't only play for promotions.
Level up, Stake vs Eddie, Reel Rumble, Chaos Collector, Original Ascent challenges are all fun to compete in but now Stake won't let me play them anymore.

Today I recieved an email from Stake saying that I will not be eligible for Stake Casino & Sportsbook promotions anymore.
I have also seen that many other players have recieved the exact same email today.
I completed the Stake vs Eddie challenge for last week and now today they removed me from the winning list and won't pay me the winnings.
I have also completed the Level up and the Original Ascent challenge, and I guess they will not pay me for that either.
Other then that I have spent a lot of time and money on the Reel Rumble challenge and the Nolimit Miles High challenge which I won't get paid for either now I guess.
So that will be around $1500 in prizes they will just take away from me without even thinking about how much it have cost me to play them.

I have never abused any promotions, I always follow all the rules for them and I only have 1 account on Stake and there is no help to get from anyone it seems like.
My host said she can't help me with this since it's completely out of her jurisdiction.

I'm asking you @AleksandarG @MladenS @NatasaC can you please tell me why I won't get the prizes for challenges I completed before getting this email?
And who can I talk to that will tell me why they won't let me participate in any promotions anymore? and please don't tell me to talk to live support, they do nothing.

Lo mismo me pasa, y lo más triste es que no me pagan por la partida anterior contra Eddie. Probablemente no me paguen por los desafíos que ya he completado ni por el aumento. Es una pena, pero parece que prefieren un casino con varias cuentas, con gente activa jugando los desafíos y "entreteniéndose".

This is a casino, not a charity fund. If you play actively (not just using promo codes or only to complete promotions), make a lot of wager, whether you win or lose, it doesn’t matter, you will never get banned in your life.

hahaha you probably are plat1 and saying stuff which doesnt make Sense at all.

Most of us are plat 5 or higher ( me for example ) and are down 100K or more on stake so it has nothing to do with it

I’m not a high roller like most here, I am gold vip. However, I’ve been on stake for two years. This last weekend for the first time ever, I had high enough wager to claim stream codes on Saturday. I opened my email Sun morning and update to your account, 7 day code ban!

Banned for 7 days. I haven’t ever claimed a code until now and that’s no codes, no signup bonus, no birthday bonus, no vip ladder emails not even a monthly or weekly for a year (I didn’t know about them).

Only answer I get is some generic answer about basically I’m up and not minus like I was for two years prior and a sad puppy meme from support, apologizing that they can’t help me it’s the marketing team decision. I am still shocked right now and a little mad.

So you did Promotions that they made and they are denying your wins and banning you from all future Promotions just for playing them and being a dedicated player on Stake... wow, I would think they treat a Platinum 6 Player with much more respect than that after all the money you have lost and deposited into this Casino for many years straight.

Funny thing is I see other players (not going to name any names) winning almost every promotion and making thousands and thousands each week and even winning the challenges on the stake streams how are they not punished but you are, very weird to me. 

They 100% owe you what you worked hard for at the bare minimum, I know how hard some of these Promotions can be and the Grind it can take to get some of them done, I can feel your pain.

Stake needs to look into this and fix this issue, I truly believe they've made a mistake.

Yeah im also banned. Funny thing is that I see on the list of the winners, several people even alt accounting to take promos, whos the abuser? We getting punished for playing on 1 account..

 

Spamming promomails all the time, and when we actually invest time and money on it, we getting banned.
They dont give a shit about loyal players anymore..

In my opinion, if user exceeds the limit of bonus in short period of time like in a month , they give promotion ban.

They want other users to take benefit from bonuses as well not just a single user.

This also happens in rain farming , if you exceeds the limit of bonus through rain farming , they reduce rain for the user for 30 days time period.

All these information are provided through mail by marketing team who calculates our bonuses as well...

This is not how Stake look at it, because every week you can see a few of the same usernames being in top 5 week after week after week and they are still able to participate in all these promotions.

Waaart. You are up for once in 2 years. You then get to know and claim bonus for the first time. You then get banned because you qualified for giveaway and are in the money? This does not make sense!!!

Yo I have the same issue as SPN smh. Followed all the rules just to get banned from promos. And got banned after I placed the bets for the required promos which is kinds unfair but their not gonna do anything about it so just gotta carry on.

I had the exact same experience and got this mail on Monday. I have once claimed a few codes on the stream (which we are told to do, right?) and even though I lost my depo's & the bonuses, I am getting banned from drops (& rain, given I have exactly since then not received any albeit being an active chatter).

Our Mods (CM's) seem to not be involved, hence chasing them for an answer wont work. However, they should forward this to the relevant department. 

We all deposit for the fun, the win and losses. We include the promotions in our calculations. That is what we are offered. So, if someone buys a product that includes a certain benefit, you should get it as it was advised. 

Throughout the board, to whomever I speak, everyone seems to be annoyed with the recent promo-politics. 

That includes, despite more users, the amount of bonuses being kept the same. 

I think it is time for the platform to show that the users are heard.
