I guess people eventually quit.You keep going to higher VIP levels and then something unfair happens.The code bans were very unfair, trying to punish bots but actually punishing regular players.

Our Mods (CM's) seem to not be involved, hence chasing them for an answer wont work. However, they should forward this to the relevant department. 

We all deposit for the fun, the win and losses. We include the promotions in our calculations. That is what we are offered. So, if someone buys a product that includes a certain benefit, you should get it as it was advised. 

Throughout the board, to whomever I speak, everyone seems to be annoyed with the recent promo-politics. 

That includes, despite more users, the amount of bonuses being kept the same. 

I think it is time for the platform to show that the users are heard.

I agree well .us we can’t get chat rains which I think is bs. You actually get a 24 hr chat mute if u offer or want to make it rain or even give someone a tip.  Giving someone a tip requires them to post a crypto address or whatever, that’s not allowed tho 24 hour mute if u do.

i am still pissed about my code ban and feel a bit different towards the platform now. You are right we inc all that in our calculations. I deposit my money and I am entitled to the drop codes, if I am even lucky enough to redeem one, because that in itself is a miracle.
