Of course man, dice is very possible to get more red streaks, you can even get more than 25+ red streaks depends on the multiplier though but if we talking about blackjack, 17 is so many

It will happen if you play long enough. I've seen 23 reds in a row on dice 2x

I thought we are talking about black jack? hmm. 23 reds on dice is normal tbh, you can even get more than 23 reds on 2x multiplier.

Well dice 2x is very similar to blackjack. In blackjack, you also have around a 50% of winning (okay, a bit less). I have not got so many reds on blackjack before, but if it happened on dice, it can definitely happen on blackjack.

Well, in my opinion it's different . you still can get red streaks on blackjack but not many as on dice.

It is not impossible, although I think he was just overdoing it for the sake of the video and to explain the system behind Martingale better ☺️

Yeah lose 20x red streaks on blackjack is possible. i agreed, it seems he just do it for the video.

Well, I guess I neglected the greens. We tend to only focus on losses, and most people only use martingale on losses, not on wins. My best win was on blackjack, 15 greens in a row

In my opinion you shouldn't always go for Martingale and try other methods that might work better or just bet for fun this might work as well.

Woah, I totally did not expect VSauce to turn up in a thread here. 

They are one of the channels I subscribe to as well & had quite a few binge-watching sessions on.

I love their content, especially when concerning the human condition or related to our psychological/emotional areas.

The further questions/thoughts I have after watching their videos... I would urge anyone who hasn't watched any of their videos to go ahead and start from the embed video!

I think mostly Michael (Vsauce1 💚) shares those psychological ones, and yes, I find myself watching them for hours, lol, usually thinking - why hasn't this man been my university professor of... basically, anything!

I've seen this video too since it has been posted. I love VSauce's channel and I always follow his interesting videos and watch them as they launched. It was pretty funny that in this episode they got that little robot Vector He was funny, but I wondered the whole episode why isn't Michael there I noticed that he has been collaborating with someone else on another channel for a week or so and wasn't that active on VSauce.

Martingale is really killing strategy that always bust me. I said it myself many times, that I will never use it again and in few days I'm busted again with that Martinfail. I hope I will stop with that forever and from now just flat betting

Wow thank you neich and pfodo for finding this long lost thread. @Bojana I'm really glad I saw this. The video was just interesting and amazing - the information, the cards and the robot were ❤️. 

He just got a new subscriber on that channel and I believe you said Vsauce 1, 2 and 3. Imma look for all of them 😍.

It's not just the math but also the real life situations he uses such as the $25 movie ticket for two and a $52k car we would have to have in order to win that back and another 2 movie tickets  Thanks for sharing!  

Also in the topic of blackjack, don't ever double up, just be patient! It once got me to around 50x my initial bet without even doubling up, but only by using few strats and of course some luck too. But getting 50x means I had played quite a lot of hands for that to happen (around 300 maybe).

No way is martingale profitable at all long term, it may be in the short term, maybe run it in bursts. But no F-ing way is it gonna keep going forever. No strat lasts forever and seasoned gamblers know that. Martingale in my eyes is very basic and close to being a rookie strategy. It hardly pays off unless you do it very aggressively.
