Sportsbook it's not being taken care of anymore.

Hey,

 

I'm waiting for a bet on an Esports match getting settled. It's been an hour. It feels like i'm back gambling in 2018, when bookies didn't settle bets for a while. I talk with customer support, as they say "sorry" and offer no real help, and just blame it on odds providers. It's happened to me many times in the last month. The sportsbook isn't quality anymore. It feels like this website only takes care of the casino, and sportsbook is just a feature.

 

Stake has been making many changes, on the UI, on the odds provider, on the support side of the sportsbook, and all of them feels like a downgrade. The UI is just worse, why do i have to click 2 times on the website to look at "my bets" now? Why when I want to bet a parlay, I see an awful little screen that looks like a mess? Why every time I speak to support, it feels AI generated offering absolutely no help and just reading the TOS of the website as if I can't do it myself?

 

Stake used to look way better than their competitors, but now I really don't think so anymore.

 

Hopefully, Sportsbook will be taken care of more than it's being taken care of right now.

ive had them take forever to settle before, but ive noticed its usually on low-popularity games that it happens

Hello guys.

If the scoreboard is not updating and there is no stream available, that most likely means the odds provider has no live coverage of the match. 

In those situations, the settlements are delayed until they receive the official scores from the match or tournament officials.

Not all, but some games or match stake not service with stream and score update. So its fine guys.
