Today, November 21st, I received an email with my birthday bonus. It's the first one I've ever received, and I was extremely disappointed. I'm a Platinum I player and I bet daily. My birthday is November 22nd, and according to support, they supposedly made a "mistake." It's a real letdown. I was expecting something good, but they only gave me $25. The weekly bonuses don't give me more than $15, and sometimes even less. The monthly bonuses are incredibly low compared to what I lose betting throughout the month. If they don't change the amounts of my "bonuses," I'm leaving. It's exhausting and also sad. I really expected much more. Thanks for the birthday present, Stake.

In my last message to Stake support, I wrote the following: “I’m sorry, but I expected something better, a different amount. I want to file a complaint and also inform you that I am canceling my account at your casino. Thank you ☺️.” Your support team never responded, nor did they seem to care. Is this how you treat one of your players? This situation makes me very sad, and I’m also disappointed because tomorrow is my birthday, and you don’t even seem interested in at least giving me something better, or at least replying to my message.

I'm well aware. They don't have to offer birthday bonuses. The fact that they do is generous. I'd be appreciative of whatever they gave you and stop crying for more

Sadly this website does not offer comparable bonuses to other websites anymore. 
I learned that recently on another website. I mean really a HUGE difference in the weekly and monthly bonuses and in the rakeback. Even as a new user. And you get more insight how your bonuses are calculated and when you will get them.

How can I get a decent amount more on a new website as a new rank, than here on stake with 2,4 mio wager. Thats funny to me.

 

In a nutshell:

here on stake you only get weekly and monthly. All other TG drops are claimed by bots. If the stake staff would try to claim them they would notice.

 

Last free bonus mail 7,5 Month ago.

and if you want a few bucks as a bonus for your loyalty, they force you to watch a boring stream for 2.5hours. 
 

I am sad to say:

after levelup I am sososososo done here, despite loving the community, but gotta go to where I feel more appreciated as a costumer.

Oof. The expectations and reality worlds apart huh!? Well what can you do. It's a bonus after all. Remember, not mandatory.

In life most people will just tell you happy birthday without even $ 1 gift. And maybe you do the same to others.

So it's sucks but, probably lower your expectations then maybe just just maybe you might be happier! 🙆🏽‍♂️🙇🏽‍♂️
