Aktif olarak 3 yıldır telegram gruplarında modluk yapıyorum. Şu an hali hazırda modluk yaptığım kendi telegram kanalımız var ve 7.000 kullanıcısı var bu kanalın ek dalları olarak farklı telegram gruplarında da modluk yapmaktayım. Çalışma sürem gayet esnek. Kendi grubumuz olduğu için 15-16 saati bulduğum günlerim oluyor 5-6 saat benim için çok az bir süre. Grupta ki kargaşayı önlemek, saygısızlık yapan,küfür söyleminde bulunan veya topluluğun kurallarını ihlal eden kimseleri tespit etmek ve yaptırım uygulamak konusunda kurallar dahilinde ayrım yapmadan yaptırım uygulayabilirim. Çalısmak için kendime ait iki bilgisayarım var bu sayede ofisimi yanımda gezdirebiliyorum. Stake de uzun bir süredir varım fakat farklı platformlarda da aktiftim.Daha öncesinde kişi veya grup bazlı organizatör faaliyetlerim de oldu. Stake chatte mod olmaktan keyif duyarım. Günde 10 12 saat sohpet uygulamalarında zaman geçiriyorum.

Başka bir ülkeye ait bir sitede 2.5 yıl chat personeli olarak çalıştım. ( LiveChat )

Hiç bir platformda hiç bir problem yaşamadım.

Biz 8 + 8 + 8 saat olarak vardiyalı çalışıyorduk. Bir hafta gece ve bir hafta gündüz. ( her zaman gece çalışmak isteyebilirim )

I mostly spend 14 hours in front of computer daily and generally while i m there stake and sports chat is open all the time. I rarely talk but use it more like to get some sportsbetting tips.

Basically their main role is to make sure the rules are enforced fairly for everyone. To maintain the chats order and positive vibe. To resolve user issues quickly, prevent spam or toxic behavior, and help create an environment where everyone can enjoy themselves.

Why do you want to become a moderator in this chat?

Ive been on Stake for 4 years and I really love the site. I spend almost all of my time here, and I know the users very well. I’m always trying to help people out anyway. With my previous moderation experience, I believe I can contribute meaningfully to the team and help keep the chat running at its best.

Yes, I previously worked as a forum moderator and team lead in the Turkish operations of a global gaming company. There, I managed local community forums, enforced platform rules, handled user reports, and led a team of moderators.

Are you prepared to work the night shift?

Yes, absolutely. Where I currently live, the time zone works perfectly with Turkey's night hours, so I'm naturally active and online during those times anyway.
