I believe a moderator’s role is to maintain fairness in the chat, handle users who break the rules, and respond to questions quickly and accurately. I have only been muted once before. Other than that, I am careful about following the rules. I also have prior experience as a moderator in a local application. I am available to work night shifts. I think moderators are only responsible for "keeping the flow going," creating a peaceful chat without resorting to excessive muting. I'm a positive person and I think I get along well with people. Yes, I was muted without a warning, so it seems your admins see warnings as muting. Admins can sometimes be very cruel and harsh, muting people for long hours unfairly. I've had previous different experiences, working at night is perfect for me ^^ stake: han61

Moderators help users, answer questions when possible, prevent spam/toxic behavior, and make sure the community follows the platform rules. I want to become a moderator because I enjoy helping communities stay active and positive. I am a Turkish native speaker, I communicate well with people, and since I already spend most of my day online as a software developer, I can be highly active and responsive in chat. I have never been banned. I have experience managing online communities and moderating discussions informally, although I have not officially moderated on Stake before.
