Explain of what the job of a moderator is :

Regarding the moderator's duties they include maintaining order in the chat  minimizing — and if possible completely preventing — spam and inappropriate messages providing users with the necessary information about staking and the forum organizing events such as challenges  and many other similar responsibilities. In short these can be summarized in this way.

I want to become a moderator because I love this community and I’m here every day and night. As a native Turkish speaker I can help our Turkish members quickly and accurately about staking forum rules and everything else. The role of Stake moderators is to keep the chat calm and peaceful. Since ensuring reliability and being fair are very important for users, moderators are responsible for creating this environment and maintaining the qualities that distinguish Stake from other platforms.

The Turkish chat is very active. That’s exactly why I want to become a moderator. My goal is to keep everyone in the Turkish chat within the rules. And also most of the people here already know me as well. I’m thinking this will be so effective to become a moderator.

In my opinion, a moderator is someone who reacts quickly to unusual or inappropriate situations in the chat, such as accusations, insults, or spam, and helps maintain a safe and orderly environment.

I am a doctor living in Turkey. I resigned from my job because I will be preparing for the TUS exam for the next four months, so I am completely free every day. I have plenty of time, and I truly believe I can handle this responsibility.

Whether day or night, it doesn’t matter to me. When I am given a task, I always try my best to fulfill it, and I hope I can be successful in this role as well.

Although I am a doctor and speak both Turkish and English well, I believe Stake will continue to grow even more in the future, and I want to focus more on this community.

I am 27 years old and have been working as a doctor for two years. I believe having a doctor as a moderator who helps maintain order in the chat would also reflect positively on Stake.

The average time I spend on stake per day is more than 12 hours. 

The duty of a moderator is to prevent any negativity that may occur in the chat room during the chat. To comply with the rules of the chat room and to express its duty within these rules without upsetting the users and to apply the necessary warnings and rules.

A moderator's duty is to approach users with understanding, taking into account that each user loses money while enforcing the rules of the chat room, and to ensure that the stake chat room is used in a quality manner. To impose necessary bans on users who persistently violate the chat room rules. And I want to help my other moderator friends within the framework of these rules. The Turkey Chat room has been very busy lately. 

I've had warnings before. It was a low chat alert. Other than that, I've never had a situation like a discussion with the moderator or users until now. 

I have also been a broadcaster moderator on another platform. I have also previously worked as a game broadcaster and content producer on many broadcast platforms. If necessary, I can share the links to the broadcast platforms where I have broadcasted before. 

I can work at night. But I also work day and night in my main job. However, if you can see from the panel, you can see that I am active on the stake for 14-15 hours of 24 hours.

I believe that I will do my best to make the Stake platform and chat room better quality. If the site administrators also take into account the demands of the moderator friends, I believe that Stake will become better quality.
