Coupons or Tips

Coupons is convenient for both players and moderators. You must follow the topic (challenges, emails) for catch it. And of course, if have some people don't want play with Stake anymore, we don't losing amount send for waste person.

Maybe tip giveaway is better than coupons. because I always forget to open the furom as usual I got my prize.

Coupon codes don't just make our job easier, but for you as well. Simple solution for all your worries if the link will expire or if you might miss it somehow is in following the thread you participated in. You can also follow the "Giveaway" account and see when the prizes are distributed, that is, when the link is posted 😉 This way, you cannot miss a payout and a week time is plenty to gather your winnings, don't you agree? 😁

We do like being modernised but if there is a price for it then no. I know 1 week would be long but I guess extend it for a longer period of time.

Coupons are the way to go but it’s slightly inconvienient as we only get notified of our eligibility via forum notifications. 

It’d be great if we could also get notifications while playing/via email as well so that players don’t miss out on their winnings (very probable situation as there may be quite a number of coupons for some lucky players to collect due to varying giveaways/challenges.

The way of old by tipping everyone manually is certainly very convenient... but weighing the amount of effort required for the staff-tipping vs. players-coupons has me thinking it’s pretty much a no-brainer.

I know i’d prefer for the support to have an easier time especially when they already spend so much time verifying the bets. Good mood support > possibly more events for us as well. It’s a win-win situation 🙂

I understand that coupons make players more interact with forum. I prefer tipping. I doubt they tip one by one. They probably have some bot where they enter list of players to be tipped.

Most of you are always on Forum, basically you check it daily, so if you miss claiming prize for a week and for a giveaway that you actually did all hard work to fulfill the requirement, then I really do not see how this is our problem  Week is plenty, and the rest are just lazy excuses

Yes, they might seem easier to us as we just stay back and wait for the funds, but lets think about the support team too that has to check every single entry, see if they are totally eligible, see if they have any alt, see if they haven't already been banned from giveaways, write down all the winners, count them, calculate the amount each one should get and then tip every single one hand by hand. (which usually is more than 80, and I am more than SURE that no one from here would like to type 80 tips at least PER giveaway, as there are 2 and the work mentioned above is doubled)

So the coupons are a way to improve support team's efficiency too, they can save time this way to do something rather more productive for them/us.

I think the coupons are better I am not sure if it is less work for support or not since they have to customize the coupons.  And tipping just makes the chat go crazy and people ask stupid questions to the support who is doing the payouts.

coupons is good, if u forget claim, maybe stake can connect forum and account to same line, i mean if i follow some post and someone post something u see on ur stake account some red dok or something so u know whats going on
