Me postulo para moderador ya que tengo alto conocimiento de como se maneja el sistema en el chat español en base a los años que tengo en el y tomando en cuenta la cantidad de usuarios y sus personalidades. Creo que la mayoría me tiene buen aprecio y este roll de moderador lo tomaría en serio para tratar de cubrir las expectativas de la comunidad , además encajaría en cualquier horario que me sea exigido

Hola a todos.
Ya muchos me conocen por aquí como Poncy369 cerca del llegar a nivel Platino I , Llevo buen rato metido en la plataforma, no solo dándole a los juegos, sino también aportando lo que puedo, desde dudas básicas hasta temas más específicos con los bonos y las estrategias.

 Sé cuándo el chat se pone intenso y cuándo alguien solo necesita una mano para entender cómo funcionan sus recompensas, sé distinguir entre un usuario con una duda real y alguien que solo viene a hacer spam o tirar mala vibra.
Paso bastante tiempo conectado, sobre todo en las horas donde el chat en español se pone más activo así como el días festivos o dominicales,  pero también en horas donde hay poca actividad logran encontrarme.

Entonces iré directo al punto me interesa postularme como moderador del chat en español porque ya estoy haciendo parte del trabajo de forma natural:
– Ayudo a usuarios nuevos
– Evito conflictos cuando se salen de control
– Mantengo el chat limpio dentro de lo posible
– Entiendo cómo se mueve la comunidad latina aquí

Sé cómo es el ambiente real del chat, no en teoría. Y también sé cuándo intervenir y cuándo no, que es algo que muchos no manejan.

Tengo disponibilidad, soy constante y no me desaparezco.

📭 Why would I want to apply for it ? = because as I’ve said I’m a big fan of Stake + I love to always support with my knowledge and experience newbies and people with doubts. The thing is as a member I’ve a daily post limit, and I’ve been with daily post limit since I’ve joined.

📜 Why would you take me ?  I do respect and treatment (anyone), If I’m talking to community or I’m talking to my family, I’ll show same respect it doesn’t matter if the person I’m talking was disrespectful, I will follow my rules and just report  the problem with my superiors or who I am allowed to.

📚 What do I know to do?, well, mainly of my life experience was focused on programming, I didn’t learnt English and Russian studying, I learnt it when I was a child and I joined to battle royale games, then texting on chat to the people who I sent to lobby, they were hard insulting me abt my grammar, but going straight to my point, I’m a tittle programmer, I’ve own in the past great and big community’s of steam games, I’m a known person on Ark ASA, still owning 9% of the servers with my ally and tribe without playing and quitting it, but the respect you get from being a good owner makes every person, group and entire community always asking about (me) and trusting me with closed eyes.

I don’t just declare a trusted man with my word, I can prove it, I’ve over 2000+ trusted vouches since 2018 being middleman, starting with small trades ($10,20) and still participating on my trading dc only as middleman with trades over ($600, $3600 thousand dollars),

🔖 what do I mean? On some games there is a market on official servers where people can exchange money for game items, (ascensions, blueprints, fully built bases, wiping services, etc) So a middleman is a person who’s the most trusted on the community, and even if there is 2 guys that hate so much and they could never trade between because 1 of them is scamming, there is when •I get requested• so both guys or both tribes, contact me after making a deal, then I get it all first confirming, I’ve got the money from side 1 and I’ve got the base from side to, so once then ;

I make sure to finish the trade making both of sides goes happy and with their stuff, that’s how people leaving my rep without a problem and vouching with the past or the last year making me a trusted and loved trader on some games communities, sometimes used to get a few commission called middle man service, $10 charged for $1000k+ trades or free on trades below $25. (It happens cause must of time I’ve went very requested and asked for free service making my server bots and supporting friends couldn’t help them all at same date. and over there since me and derek implemented the middleman service since Ark 1 went realised, there is not smart person doing a trade without a middleman, and from it we inspired people that this day they’ve got tons of reps and following our legacy.

🧊 My work experience, I’ve worked on call centers, I’ve learnt 3+ languages and I don’t have any kind of problem with translating or communicating to any country language, If It was the case, literally I’ve got couple friends that I’ve request as translators with native people mostly in each continent (whenever is required And if I need prove it) I’m ready and they will be with 1 call whenever I’m required. But if there is no problem of doing it using translator, I’ve got a different headphone and it’s use is being connected to my claude AI for voice confirming me the orders I’ve sent on (Java, Linux, Python) in realtime, but of course now I’m not working on, I’d like to apply and give a try on where I’d love to work on, and my first idea and I’m referring to (Stake).

I’ve learnt in the past of the years starting about making an autoclicker in 3 days to ending working for companies (as a ethical person and with their knowledge for their gaming services) ending learnt and being able to do it even if they are greatest last year games (how to change real time values, Scritps and creating (anty IP boot3rs including those expensive Str3##srs)

Anyways, I’m a man who have worked selling fast food made in home, as a man who ended working on great big companies as wild card studio.. the real question is, would I get the charge as serious as my first and last job?. 

as a grown and responsible person and knowing who am I, I’m sure I’m a man who will always respect and follow the rules. I know at some day we could have a friend or a known person over here, but same as life has teach me, if you have a responsibility, then u must follow the rules, either way u are only being selfish and doing it for your personal purposes. So that’s why I’d love to apply as a Stake person on any charge, first than all deleting the limits that I’ve as fan, daily post max. for the last nights I’ve been able to only react and follow my topics responses and guys that I know how to help, didn’t even react to them cause it makes no sense for me for they thinking I could be making fun out of them problem.

And last quick point, just if there was a doubt abt, why I didnt stand on my older jobs? As a person we are emotional and have feelings that are made with a person with the past of the memories, time and experiences, I used to trusted a tribe mate when I was on my best days, so I talked about wanting to take with my family a vacation trip but I couldn’t do it with them if I wasn’t able to support people at the time they were needed, so talking with him, I put him as charge of my server tickets and gave him roles, making him able to have the same access as me.. for some reason he was like my brother, I met him on a great season of Arks trading, where most of people saw most of the greatest official servers YT videos about raiding for days tribes and pvp highlights that they wanted to give it a try and my market grew a lot but I told him when he asked for trusted role without vouch that I could never involve and relate our friendship with any business when me rep and my trust being the responsible as owner are in risk. We kept playing and editing videos he gain my friendship on a scale of calling him brother, but he felt in drugs, and started to don’t getting on everyday, then when he called me. It was for telling me he just did some things… and one day he told me he came back but he broke his cam so I couldn’t see  if he was already doing good but how I won’t trust on a guy who I grew up as a person and had my worst days talking with him. So he asked me to join back, I do listen to my tribe members as they noted him a bit differently, but I told them If yall don’t trust him, then I will leave for a week the tribe so I can prove yall he is the same, but they told me I couldn’t do it, who I was choosing as Co owner so they ending accepting him and I ending loosing my word , doesn’t matter they said they it wasn’t my fault, I vouched for a guy who stoled tribe personals and tribe cc stuff, we lost over $3800 on duped (legit) stuff, and over $10k worth on cc bps transferred out of our server with his own account, and none noticed cause I made bots to newbies that actually ping us and crash server if its needed in case of something happening about betraying my family, as family I mean my old tribe and community.

as I got him back as admin, I waked up from a nap and mates where afk with a bot I created running a gacha tower, all I say and first thing dropped from my face was a tear, that tear was not about the worth of stuff didn’t even started to tell to my guys, that tear came from my heart watching how the guy I met and raised as man with, got lost on drugs to the point of stealing to his family… So answering the questions My mates had to sell some personal stuff and some cc bps cause we all had a deal, if 2 get money we all split it as we all are tribe, It doesn’t matter if I’m the owner and I’m always getting fees, I used to weekly collect the fees we get only for posting bases on my server and middleman service, and at the end of the week we split it all, but they were making a very great deal that couldn’t happen and ending with my way as a gaming player, I had to pay the service back + gave back the game stuff they got lost for trusting on our word and wouldn’t be able to defend them base + giving them stuff, as they were all kicked by an admin but obs he couldn’t kick me as owner. I ended up, giving the base and owner role + perms to the person who shown he could handle tribe issues, + support on anything without asking him to. And always making members remember who they were, there wasn’t a single night where he didn’t told them, god loves you. 

if there is a chance for me to become part of your team Stake, writing this honest and sincere word I’ve had as a grown man. I’m requesting to get an extra opportunity not doing it only for me, because I really feel I can be the extra hand most needed at timezones and days that are not common to expect anyone on.
