strikeelus Posted July 10 #3 Posted July 10 check your bet id in the support live chat first they can pull up exactly what happened
frostarki8 Posted July 11 #4 Posted July 11 yeah man that odds shift mid play was something else, stake support sorted it out for me once before
woonelyx Posted July 11 #6 Posted July 11 Once my crash game froze right at 2x and the cashout button just spun for a solid ten seconds, almost threw my phone across the room.
phanin Posted July 11 #7 Posted July 11 id rather deal with a game freeze than a bet just dissapearing honestly
krxanarium34 Posted July 11 #8 Posted July 11 That single word tittle is a whole mood after a bad beat
Vyciomia Posted July 11 #10 Posted July 11 Crazy how the site just goes wild sometimes, no warning at all. I started treating bigger bets like they were gonna glitch so I don't get too mad when it actually happens.
meriari32 Posted July 11 #11 Posted July 11 I dunno, these lag moments feel brutal in the moment but half the time it's just my own connection acting up. Might be worth doing a qiuck speedtest before assuming it's the site every single time.
auroraus Posted July 11 #12 Posted July 11 I get the frustration but I feel like some people blame the site way too fast, sometimes your own wifi is the real culprit and it spikes exactly when you least want it to.

legacyumtia544 Posted July 12 #14 Posted July 12 honestly half the time i just blame the site cause it feels better than admiting my own net is trash lol. but when the whole lobby sees the same lag you know its not just one persons router.
annielovely Posted July 12 #15 Posted July 12 ugh, i feel ya bro, had my heart racing when that happend during crash too ?
Naloralrel Posted July 12 #17 Posted July 12 I see where you're coming from but honestly the site gets blamed way too quick sometimes, a buddy of mine was raging about lag and it turned out his browser had like 40 tabs open eating all his RAM so it's not always stakes fault
