Forum rewards cashout increased - Thoughts?

Heya everyone!

So I'm sure we all saw the new announcement that the forum rewards have stayed the same, but the minimum cashout is now 10,000 satoshis and no longer 2,000 satoshis. Now the reaosn for this was the fact that the rate limit was often exceeded (probably to so many withdrawals in a short amount of time). I can agree, some people have said the forum is lagging, and the chat was filled with tiny tips from the forum.

Now the question I have for everyone, is this a good thing? Will cashing out at 10,000 satoshis motivate you to save up a bit, or will you withdraw the moment you hit that 10k mark? Let me know you thoughts

i really dont know how these work, nor i even got one, but i care a little, as i really like the forum and the community... i dont even know how do i get forum reward to be hones thaha!!!but still thats a great thing that people can get free off just posting messages!

well i am thanks full to @Dan that he take this action . it was necessary  to do it the reason is  forum spamming and mini tips from forum in chat cause of spam . And i am happy that we can  save now something till 10 k

I think there is no problem with forum rewards withdrawal increase to 10,000 satoshi. Those amounts are still make sense and achieve able. Maybe they increase it to reduce the cashout forum traffic, so it wont affect or make lag in stake game

I personally okay with this change because i rarely withdraw my forum rewards under 10k sats, it always more than 10k so it's not bother me at all. This change mostly will affect the low rank forum because they need to wait until 10k sats to wd.

I want to say it will lead to a drastic increase in spam. But maybe the spam will actually become less? Both are quite possible.

Logically, since players need more to cash out, they will slam every single thread with some inane reply. However if this is perceived as too much effort for spammers, they could just give up.

for me it does not really affect because I also rarely/do not make withdrawals or actively make posts. overall it is good, minimum cashout is 10k satoshi is not too high, can still be said to be affordable.

I totally agree with you, I think with this increase the so will now become worse as all these no deposit players will try to get every penny they can, posting on every single thread possible to withdraw. I have a feeling this will help with withdraw traffic but increase the forum traffic heavily.

Haha its definately a good thing. People will be forced to have a bigger bankroll to gamble with when they withdraw.

I would never of thought that the capped withdrawal rate limit was the cause of the slow forum over the last couple weeks.

Well i really dont mind it i really think that it is a great move to be honest but also the limit is not high to be honest it is just 10000 satoshis and not 100000 satoshis or something lol

I don't have any problems with the increase of minimum withdrawal here in forum since I don't withdraw every time I hit the minimum.

for me it is not a problem for the cashout forum to be 10k now, which previously was only 2k we could cashout. I also never do cashout below 10k. this is actually useful for all of us, so that we are not in a rush to cashout and we can save it

I am actually a bit surprised that it took this long to set it back to where it was at 10k minimum and wouldn't be shocked if they actually raised it even more in the future.  There have been countless exchanges of the minimum that it was set at, so to me it only makes sense.

Oh no wonder I couldn’t withdraw any amounts of below 10,000.

I still thought it was a forum bug that was persisting like previous times. 

I think it’s all the better for Pay-per-Post and for players as well because withdrawing 2,000 doesn’t help much most of the time but above 10,000 there’s a fair shot at making it.

I think this is a good step because we can save 10k satoshi and don't withdraw forums too often. Maybe to avoid overloading and spamming tips in the chatroom then at least withdrawals are raised. I strongly agree if it helps to stabilize the system at stake forums and on stake sites. I hope with the increase in minimum withdrawals there will be no more forum spam tips and the alt that roam will decrease.

Btw, do someone still remember times, when minimum forum withdraw was 100k? 😂

I don’t think this will be a big problem ..... most likely it was introduced from spam, people often spam to get the minimum 5k for output from the forum, now this will not happen, and if it does, they will get a temporary block

I think this is a good thing. Remember the number of users have grown dramatically over the last few months and the server load has gone up as well. I would actually vote for a higher forum withdrawal limit. I don't think one should be heavily relying on forum proceeds.

It seems to me that this is correct and such a minimum payout will reduce the load on the forum and this amount will be more significant for the player than the previous one.
