Hnostly that's was not my own post guys. But I think we need to know about "the martingale" betting system. That's post is make us to get some knowleadge that's why I share here. :)

The Martingale

Every week I receive two or three emails asking me about the betting system by which a player doubles his/her bet after a loss. This system is generally played with an even money game such as the red/black bet in roulette or the pass/don’t pass bet in craps and is known as the Martingale. The idea is that by doubling your bet after a loss, you would always win enough to cover all past losses plus one unit. For example, if a player starts at $1 and loses four bets in a row, winning on the fifth, he will have lost $1+$2+$4+$8 = $15 on the four losing bets and won $16 on the fifth bet. The losses were covered and he had a profit of $1. The problem is that it is easier than you think to lose several bets in a row and run out of betting money after you’ve doubled it all away.

In order to prove this point, I created a program that simulated two systems, the Martingale and flat betting, and applied each by betting on the pass line in craps (which has a 49.29% probability of winning). The Martingale bettor would always start with a $1 bet and start the session with $255 which is enough to cover 8 losses in a row. The flat bettor would bet $1 every time. The Martingale player would play for 100 bets, or until he couldn’t cover the amount of a bet. In that case, he would stop playing and leave with the money he had left. In the event his 100th bet was a loss, he would keep betting until he either won a bet or couldn’t cover the next bet. The person flat betting would play 100 bets every time. I repeated this experiment for 1,000,000 sessions for both systems and tabulated the results. The graph below shows the results:

I hope it will help something to us guys.

Martingheel did not work for a long time ... take an example of a 2x multiplier, people count on 10-15 reds, but it can give about 40, and not one balance will help, it’s another thing to have a stop amount with a martingale

Yes dude, but oftenly we just martingale bet when during rage is opening. But martingale will help us sometime if we bet carefully I think.

I so often do use this martingale strategy mainly on Dice and HiLo so much that most of my biggest losses actually occur from a terrible consecutive losing streaks from the Martingale strategy itself where it rightfully becomes Martinfail.

Martingale can be very profitable short term in my opinion, but I am not a fan of it.  More often than not it has ended very badly if you run it for any extended period of time.

Thank you for this topic information, it will be very useful as Martingale is a very regular strategy that many gamblers follow.  To me, Martingale is just nothing but a source of loss because it never gives me results.  I have tried many times and in many games with many sort of balance combinations, even I have tried to "fix" my own Martingale by increasing the risk in the games instead increasing my bets, and by the contrary, by decreasing my bets when my start was high and guess what, no a good results from that. Most of the time I finish with red balance and to be honest, very few times I go with positive balance.  I have read many info about it, this is because is a major strategy among gamblers, but for some reason I just can´t make it work for me.  This is me.  Good luck.

Agreed that a very short time this can win some decent profit but in the end it never be your best option. I tend to use this strat with a higher multiplier and lower increase on loss tho still risky seems more beneficial.

I completely agree with this, as I have had much better results running the higher multipliers with smaller increase on loss than I have with smaller multipliers like 2x.

Martingale is bad strategy to use on gambling.
bot always tracking ur strategy and it going to give u worst result specially if u using Martingale strategy.
One time i got around 16 losses streak on 2x in first 20 bets as unexpected and i loose around 50k doges.(as unexpected)

Currently i use martingale strategy very rarely.
