SLFJ Posted August 20, 2019 #1 Posted August 20, 2019 Hey guys, Have been wondering, when you lose a big chunk of money, what do you do afterwards and in what state do you do it? Do you just go the "fuck it" way or do you try to recover it slowly and being calm? I myself recover it slow and steady, that way I can get the best odds just to recover. Kind regards, slfj.
wowa24 Posted August 20, 2019 #2 Posted August 20, 2019 If you burn from the loss and go play big in order to get your money back, it’s not right ... you lose even more, it’s better to calm down and with sound thoughts a little bit to pinch off the pie and take your balance.
CntryBoy Posted August 20, 2019 #3 Posted August 20, 2019 In the past I was more of the "fuck it" guy, but learned that that hardly ever worked. So now I take it more slow and steady to try to recover.
ScooterPi Posted August 20, 2019 #4 Posted August 20, 2019 Out of all the times that I commenced full "rage betting" following a big loss.....I think maybe once it worked out in my favor. And the money I lost from chasing the initial loss is far greater than the small gains from the one time it worked out for me. Never ever a good idea to chase your losses! Gambling is never a sure thing - and often leads to bust. That's the cost of playing! Although it would be great to win all the time, it's best to be accepting from a loss and carry on within our own limits. Far better than digging the hole even deeper!
cukup2 Posted August 20, 2019 #5 Posted August 20, 2019 I often recover when in a state of losing and continue to play by playing slowly and what always makes me lose again is when I return with an irregular game and do not see how much the strength of my balance to hold the defeat in one game
nuuuitsjdragon Posted August 20, 2019 #6 Posted August 20, 2019 10/10 times that I choose to fuck it and recover even faster I usually bust at the speed of light - redepositing is worse as 99.99% of the time I make lousy, impulsive decisions and of course we all know what happens next! Gambling should always be played slow, I realised if I feel the nagging urge of anxiety or that I’m worrying - there’s probably something I’m doing wrong. In this case I’m trying not to gamble whenever I’m not enjoying and already happy!
Xantys Posted August 20, 2019 #7 Posted August 20, 2019 I have had lots of situations of losing a decent amount and in most cases I was starting chasing the losses like crazy. In some cases I did recover but mostly I lost even more. So now I don't chase big losses. Next step should be never incur big losses.

We could make something fun out of this.
StoneDragon Posted August 21, 2019 #9 Posted August 21, 2019 When I lose, I lose the normaly all the time, I try to use the money from vault and try to make even bigger payouts, hoping that the last loss means more wins. which always bust me:(.
nikowin88 Posted August 21, 2019 #10 Posted August 21, 2019 Hi mate 😉 Well it really depends on several things : do I need to recover quickly or not can I deposit again same amount or lower amount and my state of mind at the moment it happens meaning if I'm tired and really pissed off by the loss I would certainly go all in with whatever I have left or got by rakeback or tip or whatever. And obviously lessons even more. but if I'm not tired and pissed and that I can deposit again same amount then I start over fresh after short break to recover slowly... sometimes too I meet a tilt that means losing don't stop me from keep depositing and losing even more... In those sad times we could burn a lot of money. I think every ganbler meet those kind of things. Have to learn how avoid it and get out of it the quickly you can...

This is the way it has gone for me as well. I made a lot of mistakes early on gambling online and learned from them. Now I go in with a plan and a goal, knowing I will never recoup the losses all at once, but by a slow and steady recovery most likely.
sheenazbay Posted August 22, 2019 #12 Posted August 22, 2019 I have never thought about my defeat before. I just focus on my current game. and play carefully. the red status will automatically recover without us knowing
wyj1306 Posted August 22, 2019 #13 Posted August 22, 2019 I get crazy hahaha Just kidding, but sometimes this game can make us want to explode, especially when we lose a large amount, sometimes I even shouted in front of the computer because of some losses, but soon I have to calm down.
johnpogi Posted August 22, 2019 #14 Posted August 22, 2019 i can easily forget what happen when i lost. its gambling and need to set our mind, in that way we can find new strategies to win next time. i choose to left my phone and do other activities at home to recover my feeling of being busted, it helps to left and forget that stress. mindset, strategies, hope that someday i can win a huge multiplier and focus, those are my personal insights about this game.
