If you were ever muted, what were the reason(s)?

Personally, I have been muted ~ 3 times, all of them honest mistakes. Somehow, it did not cross my mind that they were offences at that point in time.

• First mute happened when Stake was still V1 - Muted for using CAPS in chat, if I remember correctly it was "LOL".
• Second mute happened when I was echoing another user in chat who was asking for tips (as a form of sarcasm). 
• Third mute happened when another player asked me a question about another establishment, and when typing out the name of that place to ensure I understood the right place, I was muted for the possible promotion of another casino. 

I always find that when judging a case, there is often a lack in judging the context of the "offence", which makes me frustrated. 

Do you have moments like that where you couldn't believe you were muted?

I was got muted recently when I was newbie in stake, reason are using cap, posting worng bet id, etc. But these are for few hours.
My longest muted was happen last 2 days and reason was post twitch link on public chat and got 24 hours, than reduce to 8.

Hello Nuuuu, I was muted for a pretty stupid reason quite recently haha!

I was talking to a friend in chat, who I know IRL. I haven't seen or talked to him in a while so I said Hello to him in chat. He did not respond so i typed out the message "What happened (name) did you forget about me?"

Apparently, he was also doing tips to randoms at that time so it made me look like I was passive begging. I was muted for 8 hours, and after messaging support about it and giving proof to the situation they said they would fix it.

It was fixed 7 hours later with 30 minutes left in the ban. What can you do.

from the beginning I joined stake I have never been muted, I always try to obey all the rules that exist in stake, I do not want to make the slightest mistake. hopefully I will never be muted by a moderator

I got muted once and it was a same public address but I do explain the situation and that takes 1days and I won't do anything against the rules it's really boring if you can't chat

I was once muted for caps when I was super happy. I think another time I was muted for calling out a user in the chat for scamming people. The 3rd mute I got was a bonzo

1. lone default (it was forum loan . so nothing wrong)

2. pm lone (this was the stupidest mute ).

I just one time mute but I not do anything I want change my account for chat and I ask one support team member he say ok you not use this account you use other account he mute my this account then I ask about this why you mute me I not use this account then he unmute

i have muted two times only, ist i was got mute at ist day of stake, i dont even know what i said wrong and i got a mute of an hour, and 2nd i had a fight with some user and i got muted for 12 hours for using bad language.

I muted permanently long time ago. I regret. And would like ask forgiveness. I understand its against rules. And promise isn't in my mind to repeat offense. I have conclude I would keep stake in my life and wish I was unmute

Luckily i am a beginner in stake and i have just passed through wager of $100. I  am doing well with the chat and upto now i  have never been is kind of such situations. Hope i will follow their policies and i will avoid mute system. I just wanna chat and  have  some chat with some persons.

lol .. this is a very interesting question.. i must tell you, i believe everyone on stake must to have been mute one way or the other. we are all going to have a taste of it..

i should be the high racking in this, i have been ban once but with appeal, i was put back..

but the one that got me muted for a long time before they answer my appeal was when i was playing with my age, that am 16 years .. wow before that could be resolved, i have to snap my life picture, my family.. submit my document..

There are a lot of reasons why one can get muted, but as I have observed recently, moderators have been more aggressive in terms of muting people especially those who has ulterior motives, even if it is not obvious to the naked eye-- which I liked so much. Passives have no more way to make their schemes on trying to hustle around because of "smart" moderating.

I was silenced only once for talking about politics and criticizing some of my parents' situations in the chat, and as this is prohibited by the rules I ended up being punished, but it was only this time, I always try to do my best to obey the rules and stay calm in the chat.
