Hello guys. Have you ever noticed the chatroom almost being filled with VIP members now and much less by those people who has no VIP status? I think this actually implies something with regards to how the community stands now in the eyes of newcomers.

1. Newcomers may think that there are a lot of wealthy social gamblers within the place and it is not their place to join the conversation; they might think they'll probably just get ignored.

2. It seems that everyone in chatroom almost know each other as if they already have their own circles. It would be very awkward for some newcomers to join the "fray" (conjunction with #3).

3. Some VIP members (but not all) tend to be mean with those who doesn't have the star. Hostile and unfriendly, in short. I saw someone said to a non-VIP holder that "they must know where they belong" and that they need to have a VIP status first before even attempting to talk with the others. I even saw someone said that newcomers may not really be a "newcomer" but only either an alt of an existing player or just someone who is trying to scam people.

While most of the time they are just being ignored, they usually take the brunt of criticisms and unfriendly approaches of everyone because of stigmas which may have been contributing to fractions of declines/negative reviews of the site around the Internet.

Your thoughts about this?

you are right, and because of that i gave a suggestion to eddie for non vips, he liked the idea but he said we have some problem with this idea thats why cant apply, and thats issue is alts, i said him to introduce promotion for non vips to get bronze level fast, 7 days promotion wih 3x fast increase in their leveling up percentage, he said its a good idea but alt abuse is the problem, which they cant stop i mean they cant watch every single account.

and you are right old players do not behave nice with new comers, some are very rude.

Yes, this is very rampant. I have seen it myself as well. Even though I am not actively participating in chat, I am a very keen observer and I have seen how those "platinums" humiliate those who are way much below them. That's very unhealthy to the community and it is affecting how the site is being viewed upon as far as in every real-time visits of those newcomers because it is existing almost all the time in chat.

Yup. Most non-Vip players are just lurking and playing. Well some Non-Vip are on chat. Those are the players who got along or who knows the VIP players. But other than them would feel "out of place " in the chat because they are often ignored.

I think this is partially correct and partially wrong. It's true that the chat  guys are mostly VIPs, but they welcome non VIPs quite humbly. I've seen no VIP to be mean to a non VIP unless they start begging in the chat. If you break rules, you really earn bad behaviour from others. Any non VIP reading this, if you haven't come to chat, you are welcome to come. Just be friendly and respect each other, you will earn respect as well. I was a no rank VIP for over a year and became VIP since a few months and the chat guys are really humble to me. If you can't stand someone, ignore them please. It's there for a reason.

Also, OP, I don't see you in chat much. You should chat often. I hope your outlook will get changed.

Newbies dont even chat they just get right to playing they want to just win and they have no interest in chatting unless they are aware of rains and tips than they turn to beggars

I see this in many chats, and even in the English chat, I think this is a very wrong attitude by some players, but in the Portuguese chat where I spend most of the time we don't see this happening, because there are still many people without stars who are known and the moderator doesn't let this kind of thing happen and always treats everyone the same way, and everyone is always well received. I hope things like that change, because it’s not good to see that kind of thing happening here at Stake.

I only wish that would happen on the universal chatroom channel, even just on our own channel as well. There is a stigma on each chatrooms where people discriminate new users (or non-VIP but long-term players) as only there to take discreet advantage of site rewards and rains and/or to scam people. When confronted, they would say they are just taking precautions. I'm like, WTH? Being rude means being cautious now? 🙄
