Pings Posted February 9, 2022 #27 Posted February 9, 2022 What is your Stake username? - Pings How much time on average do you spend on Stake every day? - 15+ hours a day, 20+ on the weekends Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? The job of a moderator is to help maintain the chat and moderate any suspicious or inappropriate activity, a moderator is to stay neutral at all times regarding the chat activity and make sure nobody is breaking any rules or terms and policies. You must be enthusiastic and attentive, be acknowledge and respectful, be flexible which is adapting to the flow of the conversations or situation and being non-bias. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I play stake occasionally, mostly every single day. Even if I’m not gambling I’m either just on the site enjoying my time or socializing with other peers, becoming a moderator will only expand the limits I have, like I stated I’m on stake for a lot of hours so I have time to help moderate the website and making sure everyone is following the rules and acting appropriate. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned, and why? I haven’t been banned, warned or muted before. Reasoning why is because I have respect and talk to everyone with manners, I’m well balanced and can hold myself under control in situations to not lose my Composure or character. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? I’ve been a moderator for multiple other game servers, from Jr-Moderator to Senior Admin, from owning my own server. I know the basics on running a platform and also moderating a platform. I’m well experienced in that category especially with issues and customer services.
Chetej Posted February 9, 2022 #28 Posted February 9, 2022 - Chetej - I'm very active in chat already my logs will show you that 15 hours minimum. - If I briefly describe the moderator; It is the person who has adopted the chat rules, is in love with the users, warns the users who violate the rules, to enable the problems experienced by the users to be solved and is responsible for ensuring that we have a clean chat. - Actually, I was the one who informed and asked that we need another moderator. seyfooksck Posted February 9, 2022 #31 Posted February 9, 2022 seyfooksck I spend an average of 12-15 hours in front of the computer. This is 6-7 hours on Stake.com, but if I'm going to be a moderator, I can increase the time. To warn of content that does not comply with chat rules such as spam, swearing, begging, link sharing and advertising and take necessary action. I spend a long time on the computer and know everything about your site. I also know enough about Cypto. To be honest, I have a 2 years experience in public servers before. I think I am the ideal employee for this job. No, I was not warned before. Since I am aware of the rules, I did not act to be warned. I have 2 years of experience in public servers (93k user Shannara Public Server- 145k user Posedion Public server) before. Good luck to my fellow applicants.

It means the one who knows the measure, the one who knows the measure, and the one who is moderate in order to fix it. (French "modéré" meaning moderate, English "moderate" is also from the same root). French is modérateur; From there he switched to English as a moderator, and then settled in other languages. The moderators, which the forums spread with the internet make necessary, even inevitable, are the people who keep the standards here, and therefore behave themselves in moderation. they know the difference between 'size' and 'adjustment'; And they do this in a very quiet and calm way. they are mature. 4. yes but I don't know why, it happened when I first came. 5. julyenn4 Posted February 9, 2022 #48 Posted February 9, 2022 What is your Stake username? - julyenn4 How much time on average do you spend on Stake every day? - If I am appointed to this task, I can spare 10-12 hours. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? - Stakers can get angry when they lose. New players may not know the platform and may not understand the rules yet. I don't think the moderator's job is to just mute and warn people. Moderators should help and win people over as well as streamline the chat area. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? - I'm helping people about stake on some streamer's discord servers. they always told me as a joke that you should be the moderator of stake. I told them, who knows, maybe one day I will be. I'm here because when I saw the title of the application I thought maybe that day might have come. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned, and why? - I made a big profit in the early days of my membership. I told the friends in the chat area that if anyone wants a tip, I can send it. The moderator warned me about this. You shouldn't ask such questions, because if you want to share, you can do it without asking. I may have been accidentally muted by the moderator once. It took 1-2 seconds for him to realize the situation and fix it. I think you can see from the logs. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? - I moderated some game related vBulletin and SMF forums I worked as a moderator at Battle.net DotAThank you for giving the opportunity. :))
