I spend a considerable amount of time around, which is mostly between 6-8 hours / day, even more at times. 3- Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? The job of a moderator is to enforce the chat rules, to keep the chat clean, help users with their questions and to direct them to support where he/she cannot be enough to help them. 4- Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I already spend a great portion of my time daily on Stake & chat and I believe that I have the capability and the communication skills for it. I am also a part of Stake's Translation (PhraseApp) Team. I've been serving as Turkish reviewer for 1.5 years. 5- Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned, and why? I was muted for accidentally typing in chat with an alt account around 2 years ago, and once for a small argument, which was about 3 months ago. 6- Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? No, I have not.

Should help instantly, explain the site to new users. Must be active as much as he can. 4~ I love helping out people and hanging out too. And I know stake and turkish chat exactly. 5~ I've got warned once (10 minutes) and got muted for 3 hours (cause of a small argue) nothing without 1 warning and 1 mute. 6~ I've been moderator on several discord groups and telegram channels. I were moderator at 3 twitch crypto gambling streamer (one of them were playing on stake) so I know the community and how to moderate it 🙂

I work as a software developer in a company, since I am always at the computer, the stake is always on, the average time I spend at work and home is 10 hours. 3. To warn toxic people who are causing unrest in the chat, then to ban them for a short time and if it is not enough, to ban them from the community. The moderator needs to have people in the chat have a good time and consider feedback when they need support. 4. Stake is the first and only site where I gamble. I love chatting and spending time in Turkish chat channel. It would be a very nice experience for me to ensure the peace of the people there while chatting. 5. When I first entered the site, I did not know about the chat environment and wrote something that should not be done. I was suspended for 1 hour. You can check in the logs, after that I didn't get any punishment and I was friendly. 6. I had experience as a moderator in Turkish discords and chats of Turkish broadcasters on Twitch. I hope I will be hired. It will be a pleasure to work with Stake.

A moderator's job is to maintain healthy conversation in the chat and try to resolve people's problems, if any. 4.because I love dealing with people and communicating with them. Because people here don't treat me like they do in real life, and in that respect they make me happy. 5.I was silenced once and I regret my mistake 6.I was going to work on a platform, but I couldn't log in because there was no place in their staff, I would be grateful if you see me fit.
Sher00 Posted February 10, 2022 #82 Posted February 10, 2022 My username is Sher00. Mostly I spend 3-4 hours on Stake average per day. I can explain moderators job but I think it doesn't matter. Because it depends on definition what admin's wish and specific rules of chat and site. People who know how to do the right things in the right place at the right time, and who can communicate with their superiors and subordinates, can do the 'specific definition' jobs as moderators. That's the basic I think. The answer for that Q 'Why I want to become a moderator?' is probably same for everyone that applied who live and Turkey. All we think you will hire one of us with a USD or EUR currency based paycheck 🙃 That's my answer too. And also Stake community makes me feel comfortable while I am betting, having a problem to solve, technical issues etc. I feel comfortable coz the crew, the team doing right most of things and it's only possible with good working conditions. I believe you have serve good conditions for your workers/employees. I am a psychologist who is working for a gaming company as a Game Moderator (freelance) and who is worked for HR departments of in Turkey. I have enough ability and experience to communicate with superiors or users. I know exactly what I am capable of and I know literally what kind of job I want (I mean, I want more than being a moderator🧐). And the final answer for the last Q, I have never get banned or muted. Sometimes our moderators cannot be active. so I can control chat when they arent here. 5.Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned, and why? 2-3 times for emote spamming. 6.Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? I had a rust server for 2 years and I was the only moderator. Apart from that, I moderated many discord servers .

I got muted 3 times. 2 times false muted and unmuted instantly. Other one just because moderator thought I was jumping accross chats. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? I have been moderators on countless MyBB, vBullettin and other types of forums, applications, websites and ext.

Diied Posted February 13, 2022 #92 Posted February 13, 2022 1-) Diied 2-) There is no certain time when i want to gamble i always use stake but at weekend and at night i am using stake more than other days for sport betting.If i become a moderator, i can stay in the chat for as long as you want. 3-) Gives the necessary punishment to those who speak insulting and abusive words, who ask for money from the Users who disturb the peace of the environment. 4-) I know the stake environment. I know the rules, I love this environment and structure, and i want to be a part of it. I promise that i will do the assigned task fairly. On the other hand, i want this job because i am looking for a job financially, which is the problem of every job seeker. 5-) I did not even get a timeout from any where twitch or discord etc. 6-) I've never been a moderator anywhere. I do not have experience in this field, but i learn very quickly. I am a computer engineering student, even if there is no direct connection with this job, i immediately learn what to do and how to do it.

They need to take an action if there is a problem. patience, respect and being compatible exactly what needs to have for being moderator. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
