The job of the moderator is to regulate someone's rules of a chat or make sure that they are following the rules. He has the power to mute, warn, ban anyone who isn't following the rules. They also answered someone's questions in the chat regarding something.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I would love to be speaking with a lot people in the chat. I would really like this opportunity because I like stake, I spent a lot of hours in stake and stake chat. I speak Turkish everyday, it is my first language, I'm fluent and excellent in writing and speaking.

The moderator must be sure that the users are behaving based on rules and help them with any question / issue. Also must follow the news on the site actively to let users know about the updates, promotions, etc.

I have lot of free time and i am interested in crypto & gambling so it's nice to be a part of it especially if i can help to the community by moderating.

Once or twice for spam and once false muted- it was lifted but I think I should mention it too.

 I have experience as a Twitch & Discord moderator, the content creators I moderated for were gambling content creators so i know how its working.  I know turkish / bulgarian / english - if you decide to add bulgarian chat I can moderate there too.

Hi, my stake username is 'deasthea'. I don't spend much time daily unless I am betting, but that is certain to change if I get the job. I believe that I can be online for roughly 8 to 12 hours. The moderator is someone that will chat with people and help them enjoy their time while ensuring that they follow certain chat rules, which is their job. As for why I want to become a chat moderator in Stake, the reasons are that I like to chat with and assist people but I also believe that by joining the Stake team and doing a good job, I can provide for myself and my family, as well as improve myself and have a better future inside the company. I took place as a moderator in multiple Discord servers and Twitch channels before, yet I do not have any past job experience.

Unfortunately I did not spent any time on Stake.com because I never gamble.

Moderator duty is basically protecting the company to preserve the brand image/reputation. If any customer breaks the rules very often or may be once but in an inexcusable way, moderators keep the right to ban, silence, delete/suspend the account or warn the user on behalf of the company.

I know that the job requires knowledge of your platform but, I spent the last 10 years in this business field and still working as a manager. I already work in various departments which are finance,  support, fraud, risk management and book-maker. To summarize briefly, I know Turkish customers very well since I earn all my experiences with them, accustomed to their problems and demands, plus I know how to communicate with them. So when it comes to only obstacle about your platform, I already possess the ability to get used to it quickly. I use various of backoffice from easy ones to complicated ones, and I adapt all of them easily because I know the logic. I would like to start new adventures and earn new experiences while I'm still young. If you would like to know more about my skill sets, I will gladly present as it suits you.

Hi,

2. I can be online about 12+ hours a day.

3. The job of a moderator is keeping the chat clean, calm and informed. Reminding and applying rules of the chat and mostly trying to keep the community peaceful as much as you can.

4.First of all i love Stake. I see it as a huge family and i feel part of it somehow. I have discovered chat section of the site probably after 1 month later joining Stake. There was no Turkish chat at that time and English chat as you know, impossible to communicate with someone unless your eyes are capable of keeping up with speed of light 😁.

After a break for couple months, Turkish chat has opened so i applied for mod job. Didn't happen 😄.

I'm not a huge gambler myself, i'm always chasing after promotions to reduce house edge and increase my expected value from a bet. That's why i'm fully aware of site and forum promotions, vip level system, wagering and bonus system. Doing the maths of them made me gain more knowledge. So especially about promotions, i can easily guide people to promotions with links or explain them how they work and what can they expect from it.

I'm also aware that when people start to ask about monthly i press the huge red button that informs Eddie. I'm joking i will just tell them "we are not sure yet, but it's soon" to make everyone happy 😉. Also learn everyone's wager and calculate their monthly with them even we don't know the formula.

I also get along pretty well with Faris and Heyri and talk to them respectfully every time. I almost never swear or use curse words neither in text nor out loud. Also i try to write in proper Turkish without butchering the language as much as i can. It would be honor to work and communicate with them.

A2- I am always at the computer and always available.  If it is necessary to specify the time, it varies between 2 - 10 hours.

A3- The chat moderator helps to solve problems and checks that the chat rules are respected. Also to answer and help players if there is a need. It would be a chat moderators duty to answer questions that users have about the latest updates, news and site functions.

A4- I really like Stake and I always help people with Stake as much as I can on my own forum sites and in our 24K Discord account.  This is a job I love and it is a business model that I will continue to do with pleasure because I am always at the computer.

A5- I just remember getting a temporary silencing penalty for giving the wrong answer to the expected result in the challenge room.  Other than that, I have never been penalized in any chat room.

Be respectful to everyone, reminding for every question to ask to a moderator. 

4- I am addicted to gambling a I am a content creator and I have plenty of time I very active as I sayed above I have a lot of experience as a moderator I also help people out on Discord as a moderator but that is not the same as being a moderator on a gambling site like Stake. I can do whatever is needed as a moderator.
