Punishments for staff members

Just wondering if Stake is same with other company that gives sanction to its employees when committing mistakes while performing their duties 🤔 

If players have "MUTES " as punishments for crossing the chatrules . What do you think would be the " retribution " to its staffs  for it?

Thanks for your input .. but what if "they practice such " what do you think would be the fair judgment ?

fair judegment is not possible . they wont accept it or even listen to you . u will get sanctions instead . better to stay away from chat and concentrate on the game.

Well that is for players being on the "watch lists" but how about  the staff ..do stake gives them memo ? Demotion ? Or firing the person?

I personally think this whole “MUTE” thing is absolutely 100% bs. Why can’t we just do whatever we want and enjoy ourselves since we’re putting in so much money into the site? Purple yammmmm it’s me, I am muted if you haven’t noticed haha 😂 Goodluck I’m waiting for my purple yam in the mail 🍀😘

Thanks for commenting  , sorry about that my dear for what grounds? ..  but we are bound to follow rules even in real life.. its helps the community to be in order .

For “passive begging” apparently? You know how the chat goes, you make new friends on there and then you make up your own language for spotting each other’s backs. I was muted for 28 days then I wrote an appeal, guy “reduced” it to 2 weeks lol. I’m so down I just want to read chat and talk to people but now I can’t even do that anymore  I hope you’re well!

Hmmm I guess those people who are over the tables than the mods (that's if they are not on the same level) may do some punishments or whatever sanctions thats appropriate for the mistakes of the mods who did such. But I guess most of the mods knew already their roles and their limitations also.. so I guess these will be so rare.. but again.. a fair judgment must be done.. peace yow! Spread the love.. 😎👍

Stake doesn't care about that some mods mute without a proper cause and then they say it was by mistake totally skem and stake doesn't care about players since they have gotten so big

Maybe, they must focused on banning/muting those alts. And don't mute easily without legit source. Its annoying. 

I thought, customer is always right? Hmmm. We are customers, but seems like a person in jail. 💁

Lol this punishment seems bs to me.. why not be fair to each other   like my first chat on stake they muted me for 3 hrs cause im tagging someone who wins🤪. IF i have a chance I would ask them is congratulating people is bad? Goodluck peepz just enjoy many cm is watching us so dont b greedy in our words :)) 🤔but big salute to those mods for doing their job even its a tough job to do 🥰

This is a good topic ate ubbey, since some of my friends experienced injustice mutes. I mean some but not all staffs likes to abuse their power to mute. Giving them sanctions would provide a restraint on them be careful when muting and that it should be with a valid reason. This is actually a good idea.

Sometimes mutes are unfair but i understand the situation of the man in power cause we chatter are a lot and we do spam a lot sometimes specially when rain comes. Being a mod in stake chat is a tough job specially in english  channel. Big salute to the mods who trying to get a good and healthy community.

Maybe a bit different point of view. We're people as everyone here. Mistakes? sure it hapend.

From a different point of view. Every employees make some mistakes, but after all we doing best we can for users and Stake as well. 

Well, all i can do i say sorry if i do something wrong, and try to make it right. 

The most important thing about knowing how to say "I'm sorry" an go on.

Hope they give a sanctions to the mods who overused their mute power. In my exp. When non vip to silver break the rules they're automatically muted while gold -diamond don't so unfair

I think the support should be fair and just. There might be lapses sometimes but I know it will be a lesson for everyone to learn from.

Just my opinion, ive seen post in telegram  the 7 days mute for jumping onto another chat room and i think its too much,  maybe put some warning like 1 day mute then if the player do it again do the 7days, .. please.. lets be considerate in that matter, .. thanks
