All i can say is sometimes it's not fair..i feel disappointed,im sorry to say this but i only say what i feel inside..i am permanent mute..I explain a lot and sorry but they dont listen,there opinion was there opinion and its indeed 😢

i think stake do that sanction because this is a company but some employee make favoritism.

i've also witnesses some of moderators using their power abuse, hoping what player doing wrong and punishment it will the same of moderators

In my opinion , we are all human beings we do mistakes after all money is money, its all about peope prespective.When i see something that a mod shouldnt not i just pray for him to find a way to understand their mistake

I know there job is not easy 😔 but being perm mute is not easy to me also..i really respect their rules.. because rules is rules but hopefully they just listen also our side.. sometimes i realize being honest is not good also..coz you telling the truth to them but in their selves your remain lier😔i hope you dont easily judge people by its name..but although i am still muted now i will remain love stake coz not all employees,mods are the same attitude there's other are good and kind to us❤️ spread the love ❤️

The punishment for the player should also apply to their staff members.

I agree with your Ubbey04, also staff should be more consistent. Mute for weeks can be very harsh sometimes without warning

I am new here to stake i dont believe moderators do bad job so far, i am very happy , and i respect everyone. But if someone do something against the website , or make it look bad ,then who knows. haha , this is a nice topic

To be honest , i dont think any of the current moderator do something bad , it would be fair for anyone that not respect the rules to get a punishment, but if a moderator does that i dont know its weird.. haha , if there is any proof then go ahead

i dont think so, i think they should discuss this professionally with other staff. and i think moderator can be muted to from another staff

From a different point of view. Every employees make some mistakes, but after all we doing best we can for users and Stake as well.

Did you know that @IrenaB is  one of the  jewels of stake ? Why ? Because she knows how to accept her mistakes and instantly approaching the player . She has an amazing gestures.. im really impressed.   I have a huge respect to these beautiful lady . In addition she  knows how to create "rapport among the players /clients "  regardless of rank,  known or nobody in chat. She can be a good VIP Host too .

 ridiculous mod keeps muting me for begging, for things that are not even begging like freakin comments to my friends with random emojis, seriously, its been constant and i didnt even do anything except talk to people, not begging, what so ever, im so sick of it

 

i got muted 5 times in the last 1 and a half days by someone who must be the same person everytime,  i really want to know who keeps abusing their powwer and freaking keeps removing my freedom to chat

Stake should stay behind it's employees all the time in public. But after that said they should discipline employees who can't keep the decency standards. I saw several times mods being rude, disrespectful and even make fun of players. I try to stay as far away from them as possible.
