Some of them fo sho abusing there powers for personal use

Dear @CeCe13

It's really hard for moderators and admins to give mute or any other actions. Really.

Trust me that's not so easy. We doing best we can. After all we are on Stake users sides and House as well. There is no golden mean.

Who knows madam. Maybe there is and maybe nothing..  Its there internal affairs and i have not seen any post about any (stake employee) being penalized.

In any job management will always side with management at first until they realize that customer is the one that pays them and then customer retention and accrual of new players is the priority. Otherwise to them you're just a number. We are replaceable.

However once customers leave it is really hard to retain them back. There is no such thing as never too big to fail. You can ask Bear Stearns that.

If crypto crashes and goes back to 2015 levels, miners will not mine as not profitable for return on investment. Network is slow and delayed due to not enough miners and most people will stick to the traditional currencies and fiat books and the traditional stock markets and for safe haven such as gold, crude oil, silver, USD, Japanese Yen.

That is why stake.com wants to have some more fiat currencies to hedge the risk in case crypto does crash and have other options for customers. Those sponsorship deals are a great way to increase customer base and improve marketability.

There's other crypto books that have died or slowed down and lost customer base because they weren't improving their customer service and functionality. I found stake.com cause of this reason.

If the government somehow regulates crypto more closely or is able to subpoena betting records for the purpose of taxation, crypto casinos are in trouble.

Honestly most people use crypto to online gamble because you can gamble very small minimum or very big amounts without big transaction fees at the convenience of your own home or anywhere and not have banking regulators question due to anti money laundering laws and movement of such vast amounts of money quickly and to not pay gambling taxes based on their area of residence.

This is a good topic ate ubbey, since some of my friends experienced injustice mutes. I mean some but not all staffs likes to abuse their power to mute. Giving them sanctions would provide a restraint on them be careful when muting and that it should be with a valid reason. This is actually a good idea.

totally agree with you😆

Maybe stake is the same of other companies that giving diciplinary action to it's employees or staff depends on the gravity their of mistakes.,and the players for me,fair enough to mute the players who did not follow the chatrules!

Yes stake should have retribution for employees small mistakes can be ignored , but bigger ones that create trouble for stake users when gambling must not be ignored, it will help discipline the employees as well and will remind them not to make such mistakes again.

Well what if users simply break chat rules. Post appeal and liar again?

Stake should ban that account? - Nah, Stake do do this

Stake should extend mute? - Nah, mostly don't do this

Stake should prevent from rains after mute? - Nah, Stake don't do this

is that so bad?

What Stake doing? Give more drops/bonuses/rains/events, why? Coz Stake love you all

Hoping for a warning before muting Us on the spot..:)

Not always possible, what if user got 10 mutes before? so easy to say "warning", what with users that got 15th mutes or 20 mutes? should i warn him/her at first?

how can you know that?

should we post private appeals? - nah we will never do this!

Been worked from huge companies as assistant manager, and encountered so many staffs' mistakes and based on that, it's hard to give a punishment for them but ofc need to implement and apply so they avoid the same mistake.the only problem here is lack of communication as in (not spam).stakes' staff don't usually give you info on why they muted and they just do it and sometimes you just surprised and when you asked support who muted you, they will tell you it's confidential and blah blah blah.eddie done that when im once muted without warning and it's like im talking to a bot.🙄but im not angry coz once im muted i know i did something wrong😂😂.and it's only 10minutes.

I think generally, tho ofc moderators need to have the ability to use discretion based on so many different factors in each particular situation.. However tbh, they seem to run that discretion on average quite a bit too far.. I mean i see countless examples to both extremes daily. It seems to me quite often that they become "stricter" and more "punishing (longer mute times) moreso based on their mood than anything else, whereas most often they're generally, in wayyyyy too many cases, are ridiculously lenient.. almost to the point where it often seems they're not doing anything.  This whole business of the '10 minute mute' was never intended to be for all. yet i see them giving 10 minute warning mutes to MOST. those were intended solely for "new accounts" that truly may not have seen or been made aware of the rules before. I think that its making so much more work for them, literally muting then 10 min later faced with the same problem from the same user, that eventually by the end of shift, some end up feeling stressed and frustrated and then end up muting completely different ppl with totally different offenses for these ridiculous amounts of time.  How do you give a plat 5 with a mute rapsheet long as ur arm, a 10 min warning mute for begging, and then a silver user 2 months here with like 1 mute history for spamming 3 days mute for the same offense? it makes absolutely 0 sense.. all it does is undermine the perception of their credibility by the public. Not to mention seeing them "flirt" or just stick to conversating sometimes for hours with 1 or 2 people and seeming completely oblivious to whats going on around them. Yeah, you're damn straight there should be some sort of way for reprimand for whether it be lack of productivity or abuse of power. The problem there tho is how is it reported and how would they differentiate between actual valid reports, vs the multitude of complaints they'd receive from just daily justified mutes (cuz lets be honest .. the vast majority of mutes ARE justified. Truth is, I don't think they care enough to bother, I don't believe they're really actually training new staff to "moderate" .. i think they're just bringing them in,  giving them the rule sheet and saying "to train you for support, you must first endure being a moderator, be friendly!" lmao..

Guys, after all, we need to find the way. Some kind of balance. I'm user on Stake. Same as you all. All i wanna say. See both sides. Mute always will pass (not in all case). We're not here for rain or mutes. Sooner or later, everyone need to find his own way. Make it smooth. What also can i say? We can find it? Or we can't? Up to YOU ONLY!

I believe that every business has its own regulations and rules regarding how employees are supposed to perform their jobs/tasks, including stake. When an employee is not doing their task properly, someone in a higher position (manager, coach, etc) will intercede with the employee and do the coaching depends on the issue, which I believe should be done privately.

About players: Well first of all, we already have the rules and regulations. Customers must abide by the rules, but it is also our employees' job to enforce these rules and to remind everyone in this community that there are rules, and as far as I know, Stake does a good job of doing so. Just be fair enough when enforcing it. One more thing, let's not complain when people jump to the English channel, the channel was made for everyone regardless of their intentions, we have mods that moderates each channel so let them do their job. just saying

Maybe a bit different point of view. We're people as everyone here. Mistakes? sure it hapend.

From a different point of view. Every employees make some mistakes, but after all we doing best we can for users and Stake as well.

Well, all i can do i say sorry if i do something wrong, and try to make it right.

The most important thing about knowing how to say "I'm sorry" an go on.

These is the reason why so many players loves you  so much my dear sweetie bro @mistaker bec of your broad mindedness and humble gestures .. not all with "authority" has the courage to say " sorry " publicly.

Yes i do so many mistakes, and i always can take repondes for it. I just wanna say sorry for anyone who deserve for it. I love it. I'm not perfect.

Hmmm. Even though im not really on stake chat for almost 2 years now, I guess those who are new with their work should be obliged to do their work right and also familiarized the new rules. Though mistakes are always there, learning from it is the best solution. As for those who are wrongly muted or banned you can always ask on support. And as for those who really knew why they are muted but insisted to be unmute, well, don't be too greedy.

That's my own opinion. Hope all will be united and harmonized despite of different cultures and language. Thank you. 😊

Just wondering if Stake is same with other company that gives sanction to its employees when committing mistakes while performing their duties 🤔

If players have "MUTES " as punishments for crossing the chatrules . What do you think would be the " retribution " to its staffs  for it?

Great question Ubbey.

This is something I have always pondered over myself. Coming from a background in management, I understand having to own and respond to client complaints against my employees. In any successful business, the feelings and concerns of the client and customer, must be treated fairly and with the upmost respect. Should an issue arise, where any customer feels they are being treated unjustly, they should feel that they have a voice, and a proper appeal / investigation can be made on their behalf.

Obviously, 90% of the time the customer will only be venting their frustrations, and a simple response may be all that's needed. However, there can be genuine occasions where the 'moderator' has misread, displayed a misunderstanding, or just plain incompetence in their handing of a situation, or their actions.

To appeal a punishment, and having to go directly to the person responsible for handing out that punishment makes zero sense. The very basic situation should be any appeal is handled by an independent moderator, or can be escalated to Stake staff. This allows an unbiased view of the situation, and allows records to be kept of all moderators performance. For example, Mod X applied 50 mutes, 40 were overturned on review by an independent. This allows a fair review of the individuals performance.

I've had situations where I've been muted for nonsense, like saying that I need a hug, or trying to discretely discuss a debt on someones behalf. Not only did I have to approach that moderator to basically tell him that he was an idiot, but before a discussion was complete, the appeal was closed, as the mute had expired. Therefor the appeal was not looked into, it was essentially a complaint that I had against a moderator, that could go no further.

I've also witnessed the most ridiculous things happen at the hands of moderators, whereby someone who had not even been in chat, or online at the time, found they had been muted. The reason given 'bug mute'. Seriously, I do believe in coincidences, but come on?! The person impacted had asked for the situation to be looked into by their host.. nothing happened. This should have triggered a review into this 'bug'.. what happened? Why did it happen? What steps have been put in place to avoid a recurrence? If the moderator involved is unsure how the mute system works, do they need further training, or a closer eye kept on their activities?
