If you want to believe in proviably fair, that's you prerogative..

My personal belief is that it's made up gobbledeegook, devised by Crypto-casino's at a time when something was needed to  legitimize crypto gambling.

If I'm wrong, fair dues, but what other reason to diverge from RNG's which have a proven record of being random.  No other proof of fairness required, why such a big deal to ensure everyone knows about (so called) proviable fairness.

Why no Live you-tube videos from casino owners to demonstrate exactly how this works by showing the before and after in complete transparency ?

Seen a few, but always errors with hash's that don't exist etc.  But haven't seen one that can convince me more than the Miracle on 34th Street !

Yea there's no way to determine their "provably fair" is legit, there's no reason they couldn't use RNG..

Have you taken up comedy writing ??

On a Serious note...

Every explanation i've seen here regarding provable fairness only talks about how mathematics proves everything is above board...  After the game has finished.

I don't need a mathematical formula to prove anything has happened after it has happened.

Show me somethin showing it actually happening ?

I can explain how 1+1 =1 does that make my method provable ?

1 - You're provided the hashed server seed.

2- You choose your client seed.

3- You choose the game, bet size, and any other options available for that game, and make the bet.

4- You see the result.

5 - You verify the bet and confirm the server seed matches the hash from step 1.

What else do you want.  You can't know the outcome of the bet before it happens.  What else do you want to see?

I'm making a good faith attempt here to explain things for you.  Don't be like everyone before you and just ignore the logic and continue on and on with bs 1+1=1 talking points.

You believe in provable fairness.

I Don't.

you're the one going on and on.

I don't believe in provable fairness

I don't believe it serves any logical purpose

I do believe it's an unwarranted system, cleverly devised, but can often be wrong and therefore open to both error and people with unjust intentions.  Isn't it true that one guy took quite a substantial amount of money from Stake, simply by working out a way to abuse this (so called) fail-safe provable fair system !

I do believe it confuses the average player into thinking their playing slots with provable fairness, when they are playing with RNG. This is never explained when a player is switching from one system to the other !

What scam casinos have done in the past is, move the numbers around during game play, so they may move your target out beyond your ability to reach it. If you suspect foul play you have to wait 24hrs to check your archive and when you download it you find that 100s of bets are missing. You can request those results until you are blue in the face. They will never produce them. These would be bets where the results were swapped out to create long losing streaks.

..."move target beyond your ability to hit it" oh my!! How do they do that? Substitution during plays???
