Actually I do not know this is true or not but If its true its a big problem for stake while some of them get it and others not, like while we wager a lot and lose a lot too.

hmm, ive seen a few people saying they've got it, and there was a guy on syztmz's discord who got it and was consfused

so he asked support and then got the bonus.

this is talking with arguments.... not like others empty words. but still says Promotion which I never seen it before since i play stake.
