that is the only way players can make a statement not depositing not playing. If 10% does that they'll wake up

it's a joke...i know it's not a long time but i'm active for almost 2 months now. in FEB leveled up to silver and profit (LOSS) is -around 5K after bonuses and everything. what makes me angry is that i did not had a single big hit on the originals. just feels odd and rigged. i would feel better if i only got additional 1% of the loss back after reading that inactive accounts received thousands. But i do feel really bad for all the plat players/high rollers who really spend a lot on stake and some lose a lot and are "ignored"...
It's a huge red flag for me and i'm probably not the only one. Marketing is good and everything, wanted to grind my levels here but after seeing how things are done i think i'll try another casino first.

I think we have to wait until statement from Mod or @Eddie, If there will come No reply, all of is have the choice to stop here and leave. It's just simple, in this case i will put the next 40k to another provider. Easy.

I don't complain why, because sometimes I had more than 6000 vouchers and got nothing and someone else with one voucher got a piece of cake in another casino, the stake didn't give me anything but I still believe it's fair, I am not ready and exchange it for another for a prize or reward bonus

@Cerebrumye honestly feel you. We need a transparent statement. We are not talking about dropping 20 dollars to some randomly. Been 100 % loyal here for over 2 years and spent a lot aswell. Lately there has been some things going on ....
