Wow my plat 3 account got stolen phone got hacked and i sent all infos all transaction details from each currency i sent and all wallet adresses and and and..

they say i should wait 1 month ?!?!! They dont care about little fishes only about all the streamers and partners😡

This is discrimination ; last mounts  I stop playing and deposit here. In 2023 I have max 10 deposit , 2022 I have 5-10 per day . I don't like no corrections  casino owners. Why same player. Get 2-3  bonus emails others get ****  . We need make a PROTEST. Don't leave this in this situation. Or we well be evening  scamed

Whenever I get email of bonus by stake it's gonna be 10 minute reload for 3 days everytime.

It wasn't random at all.

would be for those who wagered high in March or in Feb Or number/Amount of deposits during a period of time & could be something else (I do not really know).

What I'm sure about that it was not random & those who met the requirements got it.

 

So I guess instead of complaining & asking to get it, Players should ask what where the requirements for having such so they can try to achieve it.

So it depends on your level after all, if it is low level you will get what you are talking about as a bonus.

Its normal if your level is not medium or high, You must level up to platinum to get more benefits.

So it depends on your level after all, if it is low level you will get what you are talking about as a bonus.

People have asked what the requirements were and no response was given, support only says marketing handles this and they have no input, control or info for people...

I know man, that's why I wrote what I did earlier.

None are pushing to know requirements, all are complaining why did they not get it.

pressure would have been effective on requesting to reveling the requirements instead of all the meaningless (Personal) complains..

At least that's how I see it should be.

Yeah I get it, and I'm just overall frustrated. Mods are in looking at things and blocking posts about a couple things, but no response from Stake. Quite frankly they dont have to, but a company that claims being a community and transparent who just shows they dont care isn't a great look.

The requirements is secret same like formula to count weekly and monthly.wheres transparency?, I forget I it don't exist here.

I havent deposit here since i got aware of this topic. What i did was taking the monthly and gave it back immediately to stake, like always when weekly/monthly is out. I logged out on every device and made a new account on a other site. No, not on THAT other site. And it is also completely *** friendly.

Maybe all the platinum users are nothing special in the eye of stakes. Maybe you have to be Diamond and higher to get stake listening to you. I dont know...

But what i know is...
Until the day i got aware of the "bonus email gate" i was 100% loyal and only gambled on stake. But now they disappointed me bad and you all should set a sign to them, like netflix felt the storm when the raised their prices with bad arguments

As i told i am pretty close to plat 3 and also very close to my 2nd stake birthday. That shows that i am not one of those rich users, that make a depo of 200k and raise to diamond like there is no tomorrow. It shows, that i am a loyal customer and climbing the ladder with my affordable money and with my hopes and believing to win big some day.

I feel absolutely betrayed in that case

Well I'm plat 5 moving up to six soon, not much to complain about.. I don't know the requirements & didnt get any email, but if they sent I would be happy & If they don't I also am happy.

Cant force them to grant me anything since I don't know what where the requirements and since I came to play here by myself & my own money, 

Even the monthly & weekly, mostly like everyone else i lose them fast,

I came to enjoy my time with my money, since they didn't ask me to join promising me with bonusses I cant blame them for whatever promo the adopt and apply.

It is what it is, Congrats to whomever met their requirements & got them.

I am absolutely cool with that. Everyone can handle this as they want. And you are absolutely right telling that we dont have to expect anything or that stake owes us anything. But... also every stake user can handle the situation like they want too. And if some user decides to not play here anymore, it is absolutely ok too.

From my personal view (and that is only what i think and doesnt represent other peoples POV) this topic went to big to ignore it. I could live with a statement like "we give a Sh** on you, FU and we dont care if you leave us", but ignoring it completely has a very bad taste imho. This means on the other site, that no one at stake cares about anyone of you "normal gamblers", besides all their representers like drake and the big streamers and partners.

WE made stake what they are today and that's something you should never forget when you start to separate
