I'm still waiting for my bonus email 🤣 stopped playing after I found that non actively users received 2k

Many feel the same. Probably one of the reasons they’re coming out with today’s survey - “don’t you like us anymore? Is there a problem? Want to meet up and tell us? We’ll pay you 🥺

Hopefully marketing team is feeling the pinch from their idiotic decision making. Signs suggesting they are.

That survey basically useless tho, they just want to improve their servers not how they are running company, well weekly basically gone and they are pushing their customer to wager as much for a penny weekly 😆

Yeah I reckon that the Marketing staffs involved in this fiasco that is making Stake's loyal players upset needs to be let go (sacked).

They are really doing a good job in causing annoyance and frustrations to Stake customers who are here since the start of Stake for nearly 6 years, who today are still actively with Stake yet didn't get nothing on a supposely "loyalty and appreciation emails bonuses but there's certain factors involved specifically we prefer inactivity!" as mentioned by both Support and Eddie on stream on regarding what exactly it is.

I would say a critical damage had already been done in just a short time span of half a month of March where this biased email bonus issue got exposed and basically exploded into what's been discussed so far in this forum topic. "Well done" marketing team, I do wonder if you are suddenly at least partially aware yet the damages you have inflicted on the older customer bases since you are now desperately sending out "surveys" attached with the latest two Telegram $5 drops asking nonsensical questions. 👏

Also the March $1million dollar Twitter giveaway ("random" pickings of winners for prize about $1k +/- each on supposedly retweets and likes on Twitter) being handled by the Stake Twitter admins is one big mess / pile of poop giveaways that shouldn't have even been started in my personal opinion as it lacks transparency as to how exactly are the choices of winner random. The process is doubtful and it is not shown.

This is one of the best posts I have read in all my time on the forum. Soberly and 100% neutrally considered.

And I am also sure that this action indeed leaves a damage, where many say: Oh well, if you get your monthly nobody will ever talk about this

I would like to give a concrete example from my country. We have - like many others - a pay TV provider called "Sky". 3-4 years ago, this provider distributed a new customer bonus that was beyond good and evil - compared to existing customers for years. The existing customer has received the complete subscription for about 80 euros, while new customers (and exclusively new customers) between 20-25 euros per month for a full year. As a result, there was an unprecedented wave of cancellations, from which the provider has not really recovered to this day. At the time, I was affected myself and had several phone calls with them, where I was treated disrespectfully and unfriendly. They even said that I would come back one way or another because there were no alternatives.

To this day, I don't have a subscription there anymore because I am consistent and if I make a decision for myself, that would mean for me - if I break that decision - that I am lying to myself.

Since the announcement of this ominous bonus mail, I have not made a deposit.

The greed for power and money can completely cloud someone's senses, which can also have glorifying consequences.

I can only agree with @Etude about the Twitter giveaways. How stupid does a person have to be to vote on Askgamblers Stake for the Casino Award, just because the Twitter crew mentioned that they will pay special attention to a positive review and reward it. That was an absolutely terrific move in terms of marketing. I think the Twitter crew is still laughing today. In an eye blink stake got over 150+ excellent reviews. Imagine to pay people only to write a good review there...
The employee with that great idea must get an extra paycheck.

But this shows what a mental child some gamers are. I am still very disappointed and sad that they are not rewarding loyal and active users. On the other side Eddie always mention on his saturday streams - when it comes to the weekly raffle - that people who are wagering huge amount of money, it is always...and always WELL DESERVED. This is a huge hit right in the middle of every loyal and active user, that you are not eligible and that you will not deserve ANY bonus.

The marketing team is as competent as the support team and remember that the 2nd one got awarded : LMAO

I think we can all agree on the fact that @Edward is a very ambitious man, who knows how to communicate and manipulate the words to make it look like everything is fine. His explanations during last stream was complete bs, lacked of transparency (as always) and didn't gave us any answer / didn't changed anything.

This "Email Gate" and every bullshit happening those past months on Stake is just one more proof of Stake's greediness.
When I registered Vip Host were for Plat 1 players, now it's for P4 players. When I registered rakeback was twice the amount it is today. Still I kept playing daily and promoting Stake. Now I'm P3, meaning I wagered more than a fucking million dollar here which is crazy when you think about it for a minute (of course I'm still a small player but $1M ain't nothing man) but I have no benefit from it and this is really starting to be too much.
Soon enough they gonna start sending emails to kick members to make them play on Stake you'll see.

The problem is just that they clearly forgot that the best advertisment that they can get is from the active players that we are. Instead of sending loyalty emails to people who don't play anymore or spending millions on stupid partnership make Stake great again, give back to your active players who will most of the time bust it on Stake anyway and start being more transparent and honest.

Transparency and honesty goes a long way.
Doing fishy giveaway/ email compaigns/cash offer in exchange of a good comment for an award or some shit, having Twitter admins mocking your players and having such a bad marketing team will only tarnish Stake's reputation.

I wonder how that Survey they asked us to fill out in TG will work out... It doesn't say if it's a lottery/raffle or anything but the text seems as "complete it and you'll get 200$ for that"....

so where's my money?! 😂

It didn’t say that though, it said they want to meet people in their city to ask them questions for 30-60 minutes and they’ll pay $200 for it. Bizarre.

I know market research panels are a thing, but for a shady crypto casino? No wonder they have to mention it’s ‘safe’ 😂

And exactly this question i answered with NO. I dont want to meet anyone to get squeezed and evaluated. They can ask me anything via mail and i will answer it, if it's anyone's business.

Well, I always love a good pile-on, but I don't actually think there's something amiss here. It's quite common in the market research world to do face to face panels with people for quality data, it's ridicilous what little money can produce of quality insights into products, reputation, perception etc. if you just get people to do panels IRL.

I bet they don’t use an actual marketing agency though, maybe a clown like Mikey staring you down for an hour.

Also, they’ll probably reveal at the end of the panel that you needed to wager $10k in the previous week to collect your $200.

No, i cannot agree. I wont do it, because i wont getting paid for something like this. For me it feels like my old neighbor asking me to help him with his gardening and pay me after that. If i can help, i'll always help, without getting paid for everything. Maybe it's a stupid attitude, but i live with it quite well, even if you very often - if you need help yourself - get the receipt. but one can also draw conclusions from this.

There is absolutely no reason to meet anyone from the users IRL to have a talk to them. It's enough for me to constantly get rid of the jehovah's witnesses at the door 😂
