Moderator Faris Posted March 11, 2023 Moderator #26 Posted March 11, 2023 Just now, skleven said: Then why is Stake hireing them? "They were simply chosen among users to moderate local chats." When we need a new moderator for our local chats, we do that and then choose one of those people. Stake does not hire official employees in this way. These people must live in the cities where Stake's headquarters are located.
Jeebus Posted March 11, 2023 #27 Posted March 11, 2023 Players have trust issues because of the way Stake is conducting all of this. If you claim you are just a mod, and not a part of Stake employees team, then you are on the outside my friend, and most certainly would not be included in any shady doings, if there are some. And my personal opinion is that there is a lot of shady things going on. And for that bro I don't blame stake staff at all, I blame company structure and executives who are behind it all. No one said you rigged anything, even being a mod and getting chosen for some giveaways is something i would be happy about in your shoes, and the fault is not yours. Fault is of the executives and marketing team who constantly do run giveaways, and decide on bonuses without any transparency. And if they are deliberately not being transparent about these things, even when community repeatedly points it out, then there is obviously something to hide there. And in the end, you put it all on players who have "serious trust issues". Well, else to expect if there is no explanation, proof or even a word about any concerns community has? This thing with bonus emails - if Stake simply said "we sent it to some players by mistake", community would be okay with it. But if Stake is keeping quiet about it for 5 days and acts like they don't respect community enough to provide a explanation or a statement, people get concerned and rightfully angry.

I totally agree on this, given the fact of the promotional email (someone got even 1/3k bonus on that) as well as the bonuses calculation. How comes this week alone I’m down -13.5k with over 100k wagered and my stats before the stream were reporting profit for 1k in this week? If you count you should do that correctly, week is the past 7 days, so if last Saturday I was up 2k (before the stream) 13-2= 11k!! Same as for the monthly, my stats gets negative only in the same day I lost the most in the previous month and most of the times monthly doesn’t happen that day, so if I lost 13k but then I’m up 240$ and monthly falls on that day my bonus is calculated on the +240$. That’s just not acceptable as the way we don’t know how this are calculated… this are also some of the reasons why customers are having trust issues. If in the past 7 days (including Wednesday when I lost the most) , I’m down 13k you should do the calculation on that! This one is from Wednesday and this one is from Friday night. Now try to explain how this works? 13.5k down just disappeared and I got only 200$ as weekly. but wager report for the week is still up 1000$ 🤔🤔🤔 7 minutes ago, arie1985 said: Who is this user? 1656177 - abcwarrior There was a abc user who won last Xmas thing, signed up like 4-5 days before the end of event and "managed" to wager millions lolololol. Well same thing when last year there was that Ahbey Oswal (don’t remember the user but sounded similar to this) who wagered around 12/13 millions each week and ended up winning 5 tickets in the giveaway… almost 4 weeks in a row.

It`s mental gymnastics for Stake to fin these numers when it comes to win/loss. Try for the periods and keep your stats in a spreadsheet. Then you will see how far off these stats are. I have tortured my VIP host on this (may god have mercy on her soul 😄, but i still remain baffled by the difference between Stake stats and reality.
Jeebus Posted March 11, 2023 #34 Posted March 11, 2023 That's what i'm saying, nobody knows anything, and Stake is playing dumb all the time. Last week vs this week. Last week 50k wager and 2.8k loss = $94 weekly bonus This week 22k wager and 1.1k loss = $154 weekly bonus Platinum 3 in both weeks. How? I wagered 60% less and lost 70% less this week, yet my bonus was almost double than last week. How is monthly/weekly calculated - they tell us what they want us to hear ➡️ wagering + losses, while in reality it obviously is not like that. It never ever adds up. How are discord bonus buys being run- same thing, they tell us what they want us to hear ➡️ 10 players draw, while in reality majority of those 10 winners have deeper relation to Stake, either they are mods or streamers or know personally someone from the Stake team. Bonus drops same thing - they say they created 4645 drops of $5 each, while in reality they can easily create just 500 drops, and no one would notice, because no one has the ability to check it. Twitter giveaways - same thing, they tell us what they want us to hear ➡️ randomly picked winners, while in reality also ends up that a lot of those winners are mods and people with personal connections to those who are picking the winners. We trust Stake on their word, and their word keeps being worth less and less each day.

If you want transparancy, you have to go back to real lisenced FIAT casinos.

It actually is so simple to put that to transparency, random pick for forum GA ➡️ RNG for page number and again RNG for post number. Different for every page and random for every participant. random pick for discord bonus buys ➡️ same as above, RNG for room number and RNG for position in the room (room n37, person n 6) as well as bonuses calculation ➡️your weekly/monthly/whatever bonus Is calculated like this: wagered amount +/- loss/profit divided by 1000 * 10% 24 minutes ago, skleven said: It`s mental gymnastics for Stake to fin these numers when it comes to win/loss. I done that, that’s why I’m so baffled from the stats as well.. you could agree that this just doesn’t add up, stats are always in their favor. That’s why I believe as well, monthly doesn’t have a fixed day. They just pick the more convenient one for them in terms of how much should we give back to players?
