Check this out (Stake bonuses I've received)

So for the past week, on my email i've been getting emails for a bonus in total of $170.
Every time i received that email, ill post picture of how it looks like down below, i couldn't claim it so obviously i went to live support.
Live suport constantly tried to convince me i arleady claimed it like a day ago or two days ago, when i received the bonus on the day i've went into live support
So yesterday i got another bonus of $20, which i claimed all good thanks stake, today i receive another 20$ bonus which I Couldn't claim againa nd i go in live support and this is what they have to say about it:

 

Ur saying they've sent me a reminder for something that i arleady claimed? and how come i always had to go in support to get my bonus after 2 days of going around the whole story and getting these botted responses. I don't care about the amount, i'm stake's customer for a good while im down alot, but its about the principle, how can u send a bonus email and i cant claim it?

 

Hopefully this doesnt taken down so people can see how stake REALLY treats people.

exactly lmfao, when i ask for another support i cant get it, when i ask how is it possible they send me a reminder for a bonus i arleady claimed just another botted response... i just dont get it how could i claim a bonus on 20.3 (yesterday) when i got the email today just makes 0 sense tbh. and again its all about the principle here how stake really treats people

all jokes a side,    clearly martketing team doesnt know how too market ther products.  they gave you frustration before even claim a pennie.

 

reminds me of the response i get when i win 3 bets in a row on evo, support says they 
 checked my bet logs and i lost it, i send more proof, they said they checkked again and balance was updated correctly.

 

(but what did they check the first time that they can make such claims?)   was i not suppose to win those bets?

 

well i could not find any proof of the bets settling  in my account.    (just a visual glitch they said)

while evo claimed there wure server communication errrors.

the actuall loss was that i was told that i lost,  and to contact evo support.  knowing what evos policy is, they directed me back to stake and close converstation without me being able to respond.

 

nothing happens when you talk to support,  cause you are always WRONG, and they are alway RIGHT, even with proof, even with valid claims, they want to make a statement, by sending you away each and every time.

 

Goodluck on your next claims. and certainly dont do what i did, i got told to depo more, and i did. big mistake that was. -7.5k same day  woooot.

 

morale of the story :    dont expect help with anything, expect to be called a lier when you are honust in your claims, expect to waste hours and hours to even get a response that slightly goes towards your claims be honured, and dont always do what support suggest to you, putting more money in, doesnt bring higher rewards.  i never recovered from this loss, and the week/month when this happen, lossback supposely should be added, yet it was my lowest amount in my entire stake carreer. as well for weekly as monthly.

never. and never will come.  and likely if it comes, i supposely allready claimed it.

Don’t think you’ll get much sympathy on this one, most people didn’t get any of this free money - in fact, it’s their money being handed out.

What I want to comment on is the last line, which is hilarious to me - “Turn this $20 into a life-changing amount!” Hahahahaha. Stake only wants to ruin lives, their business model depends on it.

Yikes… and I was reading on Reddit that more people non vips were getting this. Haven’t deposited in 3 weeks and don’t feel the need to come back. Treatment of regulars keeps getting smaller

Lol kind of crazy to see even how even being at Diamond ranks aren't receiving these kind of freebies (not regarding the amount) as a appreciation gesture.

Stake's marketing team sure got their priorities messed up. Sure hope the head of the marketing department gets his ass fired if things continues at this rate cause it sure feels plain annoying to those who has been with Stake ever since it started in 2017.😒

I think you're making way too many assumptions to arrive at your level of entitlement. They have so many data points on each of us that it would be silly to not target different types of players with different types of promotions, sometimes putting very little weight into life time wager, especially for players that have been around the longest. 

The reason they give you money is because they think you will give more back. They're probably asking what every casino asks before giving out bonuses/comps "What have you done for me lately", not "what did you do for me from 2017 to 2021"

And this isn't directed at your situation, which I have no idea about.  Just in general, VIP levels are definitely worth something , but I guarantee that  there are plenty of Platinum VIPs that they consider far more valuable right this moment than a lot of diamond vip players.

Every depo is a rip , monthly goes down a lot! Weekly not even relevant anymore. Twitter ? Cant win ! Discord? Cant win! Slots ? Cant win ! Originals ? Cant win ! 

It feels like you are doing so much , spending so much money, and stake just dont give a shit. 

 

When i See people getting these Mails im glad for them. But losing 5k this month and getting Emails like "stay in chat for your chance to catch the rain" feels like they making fun of me.

Yes, it becomes a test of endurance. If the odds of the games are as they say, then a win has to come some time, right? No, somehow it just doesn't happen. Stake are the first casino to bore me into not playing or depositing.
