Dont know how they pick. Wha they use for picking. Certain programs favor those who act with posts. Not just giveaway ones but all. Activity gives you advance in everything anyway. Yeah i have won 3 times atleast. When it happened was active and Followed stake twitter alot. Not just giveaways. 

After my life did get busy, was not active have not won anything. 

 

Should those giveaways target people who are active? I think yes. Reward those who makes benefit your cause. 

 

Does crying help? No, it does not. Like Forum giveaways hosts picks own vips if possible etc. Thats how life goes.

I believe twitter giveaways are handpicked and its not random.  If its random they should just use pick generator and make it transparent. I;ve seen so many usernames won many times even 2 times in 1 day.
