Hello,

we all know about technical issues for drops since last week, but there ist one question.

Stake announced two highroller drops per week.

Now in reason of this issue nothing happend.

It's Not the members fault in this case, but many members have high wager at the moment and are unable to claim any highroller extra, cause there is nothing.

It think it is Not really fair in this Case cause the wager which needed is per week and the announcement was high roller Drops two per week. In that reason Stake should be able to check with Marketing Team or VIP Hosts to make some compensation for the big wagering members.

 

I think some additional bonuses via Mail should be possible. Cause why should we wager more and also big If there is No extra as usual?

Well, I really agree with your opinion.

Hopefully the stake will pay attention to this so that last week's high players are not disappointed and then lazy to play again.

The extra bonuses is the one and only thing keeping players around. If that goes away, the numbers will tank.

Stake doesn't care about promises and so on, you should know that. They never make good for lost wager, NEVER.

I absolutly aggree - its a shame and honorless behaviour of stake. 
 

the highroller drops are a smart marketing move: trying to make people wager more (and obv lose more) - they introduced the highroller drops by saying there will be 1-2 per week. 
 

If you drain some extra cash out of peoples pockets and state that they get 1-2 bigger drops per week - when there has not been any highroler drop for the past 11 days - is fraud, by definition.. 

 

But it doesnt matter.. it doesnt when i contact my host (jelena: dont worry, that will be compensated next week, with double bonus drops @ stream) or doesnt matter if you create a topic about it in this forum. They simply dont give a fuck. They dont give a fuck about reducing the benefits like weekly/monthly and raise the bars to be able to claim codes and so on..

Yeah, the worst thing is that the most of us are employed, so you are not able to wager every week that much. So you are happy to know there are some goodies like high roller drops. They are easy and relaxed to claim (Not Like the Low wager drops in Seconds)... And now? Suddenly issues? Well, you are the biggest at the market so fix it in hours or think about alternative... Insane.

Had 40k wagered last week… massive amount for me. Down to only 8k this week. Even if I didn’t qualify for a high roller drop, the let down of finally qualifying for all other drops really sucked. Steve even tried to make himself a hero of it… smh

Yep. It would be absolutely fair if, assuming the codes are still ‘broken’, this weekly (or Super Bowl monthly) was increased. 0.05% chance of it happening though, and even if they claimed it was increased there is no visibility on it.

I just finished talking to Support. I asked if I could have have this weeks high roller code deposited to my account since I wagered over $500,000 last week and got no codes.  This was their response….

It sucks that they only drop one highroller code for $200k wager now when codes work again,
I have $100k+ wager every week and can't claim it.
Since the codes not been working for a while they should really drop a few now with different wager requirements both for highroller drops and smaller drops, but not sure they will...

This assumes they were genuinely broken. Given the random high wager code that dropped out of the blue, seems even more likely they were not.

Very true and I don't think they were tbh, if they were broken how could they promise us last week on stream that we will get double drops for tomorrows stream, they couldn't be sure it would be fixed until then.
So it was probably just bs.
