I’m making this post because I genuinely want to understand if others in a similar position feel the same, and hopefully get some clarity from the team.
 
I’ve been consistently wagering $1M+ per month, and I consider myself a loyal, long-term player. I enjoy the platform and have stuck with it, but lately I’ve been feeling a bit overlooked when it comes to recognition and rewards.
 
For example, my recent post-monthly bonus was around $83, which honestly feels very low considering my level of activity and volume. I’m not here to complain just for the sake of it — I understand there are many factors involved — but it’s hard not to feel like high-volume players should receive a bit more attention or appreciation.
 
I don’t currently feel much engagement or acknowledgment as a high roller, whether through rewards, communication, or personalized treatment. Even something as simple as clearer transparency or interaction would go a long way.
 
I’d really like to know:
 
Are other high rollers experiencing similar rewards?
Is there something I might be missing in how bonuses are calculated?
Is there a way to improve communication or recognition for players at this level?
At this level of wagering, I believe loyalty and consistency should be reflected more clearly. I’m open to understanding the system better, but right now it feels misaligned.
 
Again, I’m posting this with respect — I enjoy the platform and want to continue playing here, but I think this is worth discussing.

A limit of one win per player per week would be nice. If someone has so many tickets that they win so many times, the money won't matter to them. But for someone else, that $5,000 could be a live changing money.

I've lost $15,000 in the last two months. And in those two months, I've received five weekly rain bans, and I'm currently on my sixth. Abusers circumvent these restrictions, and you know how. Honest players like me and others suffer.
P.S. Stake employees, from support to VIP hosts, repeatedly say that bans on rain do not exist. But Stake sending out emails about drop bans and bonus reductions. Why can't you be honest with players about rain bans?

These silent bans are really annoying, and the worst part is that there's no way to even imagine the criteria for getting one.

I’d like to raise a concern that I (and many others) have been noticing with the rain system.
Recently, I went 7 full days being active and wagering enough to qualify, while rains were being distributed to 25+ people — yet I wasn’t included even once. Then, on the 8th day, I suddenly started receiving rains again.
This exact pattern has happened to me multiple times. And I'm not alone — many users in the community are reporting the same 7-day exclusion, over and over.
Every time we ask support, we’re told:
"It’s just bad luck. There’s no such thing as a rain ban."
But is it really a coincidence that so many users are experiencing exactly 7 days of being excluded, then magically being included again?
We used to understand when it happened during code drop bans, but now it’s happening even without any visible ban or warning.
Meanwhile:
VIP rewards are being reduced for 30 days, without clear explanation.
Code drop bans still happen.
7-day rain exclusions are becoming routine — even when users are net negative for the month.
If this truly is just “bad luck,” then I believe the rain system needs a full review — because it’s clearly not working as intended, and it feels unfair.
We’re loyal players, and we simply want more transparency and fairness in how these systems work.

You can't compete with claimers. Returning captcha for entering codes would equalize the chances of all players. Also it's time to increase the number of drops, as the player base has increased a little lately.

I think im at the beginning of same story here. I got a 7 day code ban, even tho i only claimed saturday codes, nothing else. I got my first email after i finished my plat2 levelup, i wagered last 20k on dice99%  so i thought maybe they saw it and that would be the reason for code ban. but then a couple days after first ban expired i get 2nd one (in the middle of saturday stream). And a day after that one ends i get another email, saying ALL the bonuses i receieve will be reduced for 30 days because i got "excessive amounts of bonuses". Apparantly 25$ weekly for 10k wagered is excessive. Ofc suppot tells me nothing, no explanation of any kind. Looking at ur story i realise that im probably blacklisted forever now and gonna keep getting those bans over and over. Time to leave stake. Used to be such a great site, now they really dont care about their customers.
