That's actually licensed casino or No? So all you have to do is write to gambling commission... That's might help...

Do they deal with all online licensed casino sites?

I just contacted casinoguru regarding this matter and I also linked this thread since other players also experienced the same issue. I'm currently waiting for a review and I hope they will review as soon as possible because this is basically fraudulent activity on their behalf, If they don't solve the issue

They don’t fix anything also stake doesn’t take any action from evolution scam.

Imagine you joined the game provider let to random bets if you lose, they don’t do anything if you win you must be lucky what a scam scenario

You can’t do anything. I just tried to contact them all, but they don’t give any respond. they are I act like nothing happens.

They just keep saying over an over cookies, extensions, or third-party program what a shame

@Edward @Eddie

We need to create more awareness about this topic

If people get silent, they don’t have do action

Also, they know if they refund my money people ask their money if they get any problem like this thats why they are scared. They dodge my thread over 3 month

Stake give me big lesson we must play on real casinos.

You know, what they have to do is so simple , They need to apologize for this and try to fix this mistake

Although there is even evidence of how these things happen, they only disgrace themselves

Right now, my only goal is for more people to see this issue

Its crazy to think that you have waited 3 months for a genuine reply, yet still not anything

Obviously it's unprofessional. But someone was mentioning a good point: If Evolution admit about this issue/bug sucking up people's money, they'll have to refund a large amount of users. So, it makes sense that they purposely or not) ignore this to avoid the refund cost. They know no ones going to sue them. Even if sued, it's hard to make a valid proof for the court of this bug

I wouldn't be surprise if this bug disappear al of the sudden. Or if they purposely toggle it to avoid suspicion (like cheaters do on video games).

This issue happens on most (if not all) of their live games...

That's why I try to avoid Live games, specially Evolution. Even though I work next to one of their offices/studio 😂 not that it matters or whatever. But yeah, this bug is really hard to prove

Casinos are already a profit-making industry, but they still resort to cheating, which is really disgusting. The user experience is terrible

What happens to me is that when I enter a live game in Evolution, the bet is placed automatically and sometimes I have $300 and it does it all automatically without giving anything a go.

You can't tell those to Evolution or Stake. = Scammers defending scammers

I just wanted to share something that happened to me recently. I was playing live blackjack, and some glitch occurred that resulted in the round being canceled but no refund. I contacted support, but to my surprise, there was no round ID, game ID, or Stake bet ID recorded for that hand.

At first, I thought, "Well, that's it, I’m screwed," felt bad for loosing 44 euros. Then, I remembered you, @takecare3434, and thought about how you must have felt losing 2k

Thankfully, after three days, the tech support team refunded me

I'm sorry for you man!

I'm more confused why would you place your mouse there as if you were about to klick it and instantly scroll down.

In most cases when you open the site and instantly place a bit it might take a second for it to register.
