2. I'll be honest I usually spend around 6-8 hours. I can't be spendi more than that as it's practically not really feasible to be active for more than 10-12 hours.

3. I believe the word "moderator" is the job description in itself. A moderator is supposed to moderate the chat and make sure that chat is respectful and harmless. One of major roles of a moderator is to remind the users about the rules and regulations time and again and if needed, ban them. This includes enforcing rules, resolving conflicts, answering questions, assisting users, and ensuring the conversation stays on track and welcoming for everyone.

4. I find it pretty fun to be a part of this community and I'm amazing with hindi english as well as urdu language. I honestly don't take the chat box to be all business. I'm mostly there to interact with people, ask questions, learn things and discuss strategies. It's been almost a year for me over here and I can't complain. I'm well versed with the rules and I'll make sure that the rules are being followed and the dignity is being maintained.

 

5. I haven't been banned. I've always been respectful so the chances of that happening is very low. I won't lie I've been muted for asking for tip. And I'm embarrassed about it. Losses can get into our head sometimes. I'll make sure to never repeat it again.

 

6. I haven't been a moderator anywhere. I used to the group admin of cinema group(it has 1000+ members ) but i don't if that counts. But I'm sure I'll make a good one.

 

7. I'm absolutely comfortable with that. I'd definitely love to work at night time. I do not have a hectic schedule so I can be pretty flexible with the hours.

2. Honestly speaking it's not a fix time but I spend enough time in chat. specialy in Nov-Dec 2024 i spend my lot of time in the chatroom but of course if I become Moderator then I can give my overtime also bcoz at night time I am totally free..

In my sight the Moderator/Monitor are similar words means as a monitor in a class room make discipline in the absence of class teacher. same like that Moderator is responsible to make healthy environment, handling disputes by some players (spam free, avoid sharing personal info: Abusing another's in chat room. More over it seems stake support team is very busy now days, so such small queries also can be solved by a capable Moderator which will leads to save the precious time of stake support, in future. So a Moderator can also the easiest way to convey player's problem with the support team & making harmony in the chat room is an ideal goal for mods i think so.

 

4. Literally it was my dream to become a Moderator in the past days/years 2-3 time's I had asked in chat that whats criteria to become a Mod, but often online Mods were so busy in chat room and I couldn't get any satisfactory answer except this that you will be informed online nothing else. Finally when I came to know an application released by NatasaC my Happiness was beyond all limits..

In fact till now I had guided so many players or their doubts/queries etc like' how much b'day bonus they will recv, so many were frustrated in past when their INR Banking transactions were struck I guide/adv them to use crypto also side by side & I have warn many till now who were begging/spamming/abusing before they get muted by Mods.

5. Yes i was muted 1st time perhaps in 2020 then in 2023 but later However, I quickly learned from it, thoroughly understood all chat rules, and have never been muted or banned since then. I always follow the guidelines and promote positive engagement within the community too.

3-- The one and only job of a moderator is to keep the people aware about the problems and the most important thing is to safe the stake users from scam people's who share their socials and then do scams with our stake community new users

10. Yes I acutally banned from the chat and it was because of the misunderstand and due to my ignorance to the chat rules and I respect the decision of the moderator for muting me.
11. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
12. yes I was a moderator on multiple platforms for example on discord and even on the kick.
13. Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
14. yes actually I will be more happy for the night shift.  I will give my 200% in maintaining a positive environment in the chat or in the community
