We all know the regular answer, but I'd add a bit more to that nowadays - along with maintaining a respectful chat, mods need to deal with the constant spam, bots, and overall chaos. Also need to keep conversations and 🤖 under control and ensure the environment stays safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I’ve enjoyed the community since 2019 and want to help keep it the way it once was. The way things are now isn’t as feasible or enjoyable (atleast for me and I believe this is common among most users) and I’d like to play a part in bringing back stability and a better overall atmosphere back to the chat.

I enjoy actively gambling and watching others. This is a good choice to make a career out of it.

Yes, I've been muted and banned for minor reasons before. And I realize what I did was wrong.

I've been a long-term moderator on channels with 120,000 members in the Telegram group and 45,000 members in the Instagram group. During my 12-14 hour activity period, I'm more busy at night, on the site, and in the chat.

I spent 8-10 hours a day actively in Turkish chat. 
 

As a former operational executive I know that the most important duty of a moderator is keeping the community safe aswell as helping the others who are seeking for the right and trustful answers. Recently our chat community going through some tough challenges (thanks to the man himself 777Aldo, he helped the community a lot with his huge shares but that brought too many chat jumpers and bot accounts) not that I only want to became moderator I was acting like one (keeping live support informed, hopping to English chat to ask for assistance thanks to StefaNl and faris for their great accompany to Turkish chat throughout recent days ) even when I was not in talk with others. Especially when our mods were offline. 
 

I do not remember If I got muted however If so It was just 1 time at the begging of my stake journey and not was in Turkish Chat it was either in Sports or English chat. 
 

I have worked as executive at several jobs so aware of the responsibilities of a moderator. 
 

Lastly, I would love to work on night shift not just because I’m able to but regarding to the lack of assistance at night time.

From my personal perspective, one of the most important responsibilities lately is dealing with the increasing multi-account and bot issues. In addition, I believe working in harmony with other moderators and respecting shift schedules is essential.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

Recently, I believe that the Turkish chat channel has been overwhelmed by foreign users, which has negatively affected the chat environment and caused constant disorder. Since I spend nearly 80% of my day here, I am familiar with most of the usernames of regular users in the Turkish chat. Thanks to my setup with three screens, I can continuously monitor the chat and actively contribute to making it a more peaceful and respectful environment.

Last year, when I first joined Stake, I mistakenly posted a message in Turkish in a foreign community, thinking I was posting in the Turkish chat. As a result, I was muted for 24 hours. However, when I explained the situation to the support team on the Stake forum, they were understanding and helpful, and immediately lifted my 24-hour mute ban. Other than that, I have never received any other bans or warnings.

Yes, I moderated my friend's channel, which averages 400-700 views on Kick and Twitch, for a year. I have also been working as live support and staff at a global gaming site like EB24 since 2020.
