won2018 Posted August 14, 2019 #1 Posted August 14, 2019 heyyaaaa, Staker!!!!!!! I want to share my experience of learning a Meditation from an expert, which activity can reduce the burden of my mind / stress, I share it here, because I think Staker needs to know that, Use these methods to control stress The first step to dealing with stress is to know what causes stress, in this case you know it yourself. After that, write down any stress triggers so you can anticipate what steps you need to take to prevent or fight stress. The next step is to do things that can provide relaxation for your body and mind, such as: Take out all the steam Burying feelings, especially feelings that bother you, can make you stressed. It's better to say everything so you can release your burden. Say everything you have in mind to the person concerned, someone you trust, or a psychologist. Believe me, after removing all the steam, your feelings would be much better. Sports Besides making the body healthy, exercise can also relieve stress. One simple method can be walking or cycling around the house complex. Meditation Meditation can help you calm your mind. You can try sports like yoga which also teaches how to meditate. Live your hobby Try to think of what activities are liked? Is shopping, walking in the mall, karaoke, watching movies, gardening, cooking, or going to an amusement park? You can do anything that can relax the body and mind, but the activity must be positive so as not to cause new problems. Live life now You don't need to dwell on your past life, especially if it makes you sad. Live in the present. Forget also negative expectations about life in the future. Let life flow as it is. Believe me, if you live the present happily and positively, it will also affect your future life. Take care of yourself Get enough sleep and always eat healthy and nutritious food. Avoid smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs. Each person has a unique and different way to fight stress. Try to deal with stress in the ways above. If you have trouble trying everything all at once, choose one or two ways that you think are most convenient. Do this until it becomes a habit. If the stress level is beyond your ability to control it, you better meet with experts like I did before, staker! , , , #Warm regards Staker!
wngo123 Posted August 15, 2019 #2 Posted August 15, 2019 This is how I deal with the stress after busting big balance. I make a plan how to get the winnings back and what mistakes I made, why I busted so next time I can be smarter. You learn something after every bust and over time you get used to it like I did lol
SLFJ Posted August 15, 2019 #3 Posted August 15, 2019 Yeah, sometimes these activities really do help you when you bust and helps your mental state of thinking go: wow, I didn't remember about all of these things while I was gambling , I could've stopped gambling and enjoyed my life with my profits and the mind of thinking. Kind regards, slfj.
wowa24 Posted August 15, 2019 #4 Posted August 15, 2019 Oh yes, this is definitely a useful topic, I can’t always control myself, I’m nervous and curse myself for losing, but lately I try not to react very much to defeats and accept this as a fact, I’m unlucky now, so I’m lucky then)))
Vlademore Posted August 15, 2019 #5 Posted August 15, 2019 to get rid of stress after the big bust I sleep the most or listen to rock or metal music on a PC or mobile phone. otherwise I do sports training or jogging on the basketball court. the other way I go to a quiet place and scream at the top of my lungs. it is my stress therapy when I'm having a big bust at stake or other gambling sites.
ClashTitan Posted August 24, 2019 #6 Posted August 24, 2019 Hi, the advice is of course very good and useful and I follow almost all of them and it helps me a lot to relax and keep myself in good shape. Just a couple of months ago I learned to skate in the ice palace and I really liked it, though I rub my legs a little, but it's bearable (no). I also ride a bike with friends over the weekend, (I bought a new bike 2 years ago). As a child, I had a bike but it quickly broke down and after that I did not buy a new one until recently. I like to watch movies and anime, they pretty good at brightening up the time and even entertain well. So that the stakers know how to relax from gambling profitably.
blueprints Posted August 24, 2019 #7 Posted August 24, 2019 Yeah i think the best thing to do when really stressed is to take a break from whatever stressful activity your doing and do something else. Something chill and laid back. liek video games! competitive ones!

If you are letting it stress you out that much I think maybe you should not be gambling. Do not let it get to you like that. If you do don’t gamble !
sheenazbay Posted August 25, 2019 #9 Posted August 25, 2019 I never got stressed or depressed when I lost, maybe because I was already accustomed to losing in gambling. so when I lose, I just look for other activities like playing games, or taking care of my business. at least I did not rethink my defeat
CntryBoy Posted August 25, 2019 #10 Posted August 25, 2019 I really don't stress too much either. While losing large amounts does suck, if it effects someone that much, then they probably shouldn't be here in the first place. We all know that losses happen, nothing we can do about it...
Thepug Posted August 25, 2019 #11 Posted August 25, 2019 Don't gamble anything that you can't afford to lose. At the end of the day, gambling should only be a hobby, not a job. The only people that make money from gambling are either professionals that have trained to beat house edge through techniques like sort betting / counting cards, they are sponsored by sites e.g. Popular gambling streamers / Pro poker players or they are the actual casino themselves. House edge enables casinos to make the most out of probability and this enables them to have such large profits. If I were you, I would only deposit anything that you can afford to lose, don't chase losses and make sure that you are having fun. Gambling isn't for everyone and you need to make sure that it is a hobby for you.
harryjosh Posted February 21, 2020 #12 Posted February 21, 2020 My issue is the swim anxiety. I'm going to be taking CBD prior to open water swims to deal with anxiety. I'll take it prior to my first swim to see if it has any side effects. I haven't bought it yet. But I've identified what I want to take. I haven't seen anything on this forum that mentions the use of CBD, which in this case it would be. Has anyone successfully used CBD oil (or anything else) to ease anxiety?
htetaungxx Posted February 21, 2020 #13 Posted February 21, 2020 Hello won2018, I just always note that my mistake when I big bust and I didn't think for long time of my lose. Because I already know big win will come after big lose.
evet Posted February 21, 2020 #14 Posted February 21, 2020 This is a good practice. But one should apply it during playing as well, because it wont making sense applying all this calm things and relaxation if you are too reckless at gambling. One should be calm at playing first.
Dp10011 Posted February 21, 2020 #15 Posted February 21, 2020 At first I was like that. Very stressed when he lost. Until the day I stopped putting a big perspective on the game, it was over. Today it doesn't affect me as much as it used to. But even so, when I still lose, there is a certain suffering. But just listen to good rock and some motorcycle rides around the city and it will soon be resolved!
sahil777 Posted February 21, 2020 #16 Posted February 21, 2020 nice detailed post bro, but meditation is not for everyone, i mean if you are disturbed soul already it cant help you then meditation needs so much calm mind and the quiet atmosphere better in nature, i think if you just go for a long walk after bust and take something to eat, better if you have any friend with you, it can help you to relax more.
Ayesha0770 Posted February 28, 2020 #17 Posted February 28, 2020 Well detailed and this is useful info but I haven't experienced stress on this game I mean I don't really put huge amount here so it won't be a problem if I lose that self control is what we need sometimes
Sumedang Posted February 28, 2020 #18 Posted February 28, 2020 at the beginning of playing I never lost all the deposits I made, then I learned from mistakes so that this does not happen again. when I have a burden I often sit alone and it can ease the burden that I experience.
GKD09 Posted February 29, 2020 #19 Posted February 29, 2020 There are many ways to deal with the stress of losing. Many people have their own ways, but the best is generally staying away from it and just taking time off and doing other stuff. Just like break ups and losing friendships etc, this also needs some time away. Ofcourse this may not be as bad as them, provided you dnt gamble every single penny you need. If you just gamble with some money you can lose it will not be that bad. Just dont try to recover it like that. You just need to stay away from the game and be around your loved ones and do something you like and soon you will realise that it wasn't such a big deal. But if you dont thats when your losses can multiply massively and then when you have to take a break since you cant redepo or something thats when you'll regret not stopping at the first loss. All games should be played on its own merit and you should only play with money you can lose, that was any win is a bonus
fourPfive2 Posted November 4, 2020 #20 Posted November 4, 2020 Thats not a bad way to escape from stress , you could think of other things , play a game . go out , do something else.
