SLFJ Posted August 14, 2019 #1 Posted August 14, 2019 Hey guys, So I have used a couple of wallets in my career of crypto and I have found some really slow ones and some really good ones, curious about which one you think is the worst and the best one of those which you use? I personally used Electrum ( btc wallet ) and the basic Doge wallet downloaded from the Playstore, those 2 were functioning kinda good, but I wanted to upgrade, now I am using binance and have 0 problems. So the worse ones: Electrum, Doge wallet. The good one I'm using: Binance. Kind regards, slfj.
StoneDragon Posted August 14, 2019 #2 Posted August 14, 2019 Best is coinbase, dont know worst , havent use anyother
Wildmonkeylv Posted August 14, 2019 #3 Posted August 14, 2019 Binance has an insane withdraw fee 0.01 for ETH,thats like 2.3 $,I would suggest using Exodus, they take 1-2 cents per transaction, dont use coinbase as a wallet if your gambling, just dont withdraw or deposit from it,I heard a lot of people got banned, because its against the TOS to use coinbase for gambling, before you withdraw to coinbase first withdraw to blockchain or any other wallet, but find a really low fee for transactions, because 0.01 ETH or 2.1 $ is too much, coinall has the same ratio,so use Exodus, but ofcourse if your investing in other coins then binance or coinall the way to go,just remember there are way better wallets for transactions/exchanges,exodus offers a coin exchange aswell, but minimum is 2 mbtc and they take a fee less than 1 $.
bensinx12 Posted August 14, 2019 #4 Posted August 14, 2019 I use abra as my wallet and it really have a small fee for depositing bch. I also use coins.ph for xrp and eth
wowa24 Posted August 14, 2019 #5 Posted August 14, 2019 ethereum wallet I use myetherwallet I like it because I use more tokens in my portfolio, and there is the opportunity to add tokens and store, as for BTC, I store on a blockchain wallet, the easiest and most reliable wallet in my opinion.

As long as you do not own the private keys there is always a chance to loose your money. So if I was you I wouldn't store to much on binance except the amount you use for trading. For long term holding you can better buy yourself an offline hardware wallet like a nano leger or Trezor device. 100 times better than storing online
Enzo Posted September 4, 2019 #7 Posted September 4, 2019 I think the best software wallet is Bitcoin Core. It allows you to adjust the fee, sat per kbyte type of stuff. Really useful and I use it to customize my fees all the time. However everyone has there opinions on the best wallet.
Ventoli9 Posted September 12, 2019 #8 Posted September 12, 2019 I have always used the electrum wallet. There are plenty of wallets out there, you should trust only the ones you own the private keys.
gbbrg Posted September 15, 2019 #9 Posted September 15, 2019 in my opinion, binance and blockсhain are the best wallets for storing their assets, I have never heard that they had any problems. Failures? Yes, maybe no one is immune from this, but they have a huge staff of programmers who quickly eliminate all problems
octopupus Posted September 15, 2019 #10 Posted September 15, 2019 I used myetherwallet before. but now i've found metamask and i love it. And mobile app is really useful. Can't say for the worst, you know it's really subjective i think.
nuuuitsjdragon Posted September 16, 2019 #11 Posted September 16, 2019 A few contenders for best wallets depending on device and requirements, but definitely pick one from the following: • Trust (Mobile Wallet, dApp Browser, MetaMask Compatible, Multi-coin Support) • Electrum (Desktop Local Wallet, Very Secure, Segwit) *BTC-only. • Coinbase Wallet (Free Transfer fees via Coinbase.Pro, Free Internal Currency Swaps) *Recommended as secondary hot wallet
Buxlobai Posted September 24, 2019 #12 Posted September 24, 2019 I use JAXX Liberty-and I like it, a lot of flexible settings, nice interface.Of the shortcomings, I note the inability to affect the commission.
DCYuma Posted September 24, 2019 #13 Posted September 24, 2019 I use coinbase now because it's fast in depositing not like Blockchain. Blockchain now a day is getting slower and slower where I want to join the races and after 12 hours the depositing isn't going through and I have to wait cause I can't do another transaction cause you can double transaction you need to wait for the another transaction to go through before you can do another transaction that's why I use CoinBase now.

Yeah they are banning users, that's why I preferred to use Binance, I don't wd in ETH, so I have no problems with the eth fees, atleast so far... I use another wallet for ETH, BTC.
philosophy Posted September 29, 2019 #15 Posted September 29, 2019 I'm most attracted to blockchain and localbitcoin. The first is because of its maximum convenience, safety and conciseness. The second one is due to the excellent quotes and the excellent opportunities for trading.
niki014 Posted October 25, 2019 #17 Posted October 25, 2019 coinbase is worst walletish ever they ask for to much shit id documents bank statement hek no amma keep buying btc from btc atm way better instead of buying with my info i think on of the best is jaxx cuz it is in chrome store lol but the once i like the most are my casino deposit adresses best wallets ever they are fun lolol
DreamStage Posted January 12, 2020 #19 Posted January 12, 2020 For me it all goes down on what purpose you need such wallets. I have been using Blockchain since ever when i need to specify different btc addresses with signatures. Coinbase on other hand when i need to between transactions and other cryptocurrencies. Coinbase Pro and Binance for Trading Investments. There are always Pros and Cons so you have to check if it suits your needs.
lupandina Posted January 12, 2020 #20 Posted January 12, 2020 Worst - Exodus. Insane fees Best - Wirex. Easy, safe, card with good fees and cashback.
His dad Posted January 25, 2020 #21 Posted January 25, 2020 Who write about cold wallets that they are the most reliable. I partially agree. Since you can lose cold wallet it or move it by car, burn it in a fire, etc. This wallet is not fireproof and waterproof. But in life, anything can happen. But storing coins on the exchange or in an online wallet is also reliable. You can translate or sell them at any time, even from a smartphone. And anywhere in the world. I keep part of the coins on the exchange and some on this wallet https://etcwallet.net/

Electrum is not a bad wallet, but I want to say that your choice is not reasonable - you want to use the cryptocurrency exchange as a wallet - this is not safe. I advise you to use for storage these are special places of the blockchain, Ledger nano s.
yuchan Posted February 1, 2020 #23 Posted February 1, 2020 In choosing a wallet, must be careful because it is related to the funds that we are going to save, so the security factor is indeed becoming top priority. In my opinion the safest way to save it in a hardware wallet like ledger nano if we have enough funds. When compared with online wallets that are at risk of being hacked. So my advice is only to save funds in exchanges as capital trading only. The rest save on hardware wallet is the best wallet for cryptocurrency.
Winwin12 Posted March 1, 2020 #24 Posted March 1, 2020 My personal wallet before is coinsph becouse in this wallet its easy to cash in and cash out but after several months i found out that the fee are so big than other wallet and the management of coinsph disabled my account and even i already done the requirements required they did not still back my wallet.so i decided yo switch to coinbase in coinbase even you will store big amount of crypto still safe and for using it more than 3years i did not get any problem so i was recommend you to use coibase than any kind of wallet..but i also like binance
skywallkee Posted March 1, 2020 #25 Posted March 1, 2020 Best wallet - Stake, period. They've got the lowest fees I've ever seen on any wallet out there. The times are pretty good and you also have a vault so you have one more security layer to your account. What do you need more than that? I don't know any reason. The only draw back of Stake is the "higher" withdraw of 0.002 BTC, but that isn't that much of a problem as usually everything is at least 0.002 BTC. Worst wallet - anything else. Honestly, I don't really like anything that I've tried so far besides Stake.
