Why do you trust Stake?

Why do you trust any other gambling service you use?

As it is the part of the Biggest community Primedice and never heard any complaints against Stake :)

The main reason i trust Stake because @Bojanaworks here :P

I cant find any other good gambling sites with 24/7 support and are very polite too and loving like stake. So i wont find any other gambling site anymore ;)

Here the community is quiet good with moderators or admins and their is no negative feedback from anyone as the payment reaches them successfully. I have seen some sites on Bitcointalk forums and most of them are almost scams or they don't pay what the people wins.

The service, community, & the players makes me trust the site :D the streaming team really makes me trust the site coz of the real time gaming/gambling,Real person playing.

This is a good topic!

1. Some provably fair system to verify bets that I can actually use.

2. No hassles on withdrawing.

3. Some identifiable boss or admin who is present in chat that can address concerns - e.g. Stunna on PD, Dooglus on JD.

4. Good communication about the site, any changes, and how it's doing.  Also includes ability to get help.

These are important for players, but essential for public investors (which Stake does not have) for whom there is no safeguard such as provably fair.

Like others, I love the community aspect, but that's not a feature of trust, it's more of a fun issue for me.

Stake is strong, very strong, on all of these, but the latest kerfluffle regarding withdrawing hurt you on #2 and #4.

For me what makes a gambling website trusted and what I'm looking for before visiting and depositing on the site is:

1) The reviews of the users on it. And I'm looking more for the negative reviews first and then for the positive ones. (negative because if there are payment issues/bugs/bad staff those ones would tell it) But of course, when I'm finding a negative review, I'm looking at the grammar and name of the user too. If a user named SexyMother2267 with the review "whorst siet for gammbling no witdawel lust my mony" then for sure I'd just skip it.

2) The interface of the website. The first is the most important one, right? If the website has a bad-looking colour-scheme or seems hard to use or looks like it's made in 2 days, then for sure I won't enter it, because if I feel good in the first 5 seconds, then for sure I'll feel good surfing on it the next ones too. I wouldn't enter a website where I don't feel comfortable on.

3) How the site works. I'd look into the website and see if it works well, if the pages load properly, without images missing or issues loading, if the load is fast enough (I'm not asking for instant load, but not to be able to cook the dinner while a page is loading)

4) If the site has a provably fair system and it works perfectly and has it in all the games. If it wouldn't work anytime and on any game, then for sure it has been faked or something is wrong in there. Even if the provably fair system doesn't work flawlessly because of an internal issue or because it is a scam, I still wouldn't touch the site until it is done well.

5) The support. I'd try the support and see the response to it if they respond quickly if they are helpful if they are friendly if they can solve my problem quick. If I'd encounter a support staff where I'd have to wait two days until I can get a single reply and another few days for the next one and they don't actually fix my problem or they speak harshly or send me to the FAQ section where my problem isn't even displayed or it won't fix it and they just try to get rid of me as quick as they can.

6) The community. If it has a big community, maybe a chat and a forum too, where people can discuss. It is an important factor for me.

7) The games. If the sites have the games I'm looking for (roulette, chart/crash, mines, dice, blackjack)

8) Proof of withdrawing. I need to know if the website did some payments and see a few pictures or check it by myself. I can't deposit money somewhere if I'm not sure I won't get it back, right?

And stake seems to respect all these points, that's why I trust stake xD

I trust Stake because:

1) provably fair, all bets can be verified.

2) certified operator of the Crypto Gambling Foundation.

3) the best support, 24/365 online. Scam sites no support at all or they dont answer when somebody is a victim of the scam.

4) being a child of PrimeDice, the most trusted site on the web, is a guarantee

5) other sites offer scam bonuses when you join, with the conditions in small letters saying you must bet this amount 1000 times to be able to withdraw. Here  there are genuine giveaways, rains, roll hunts, trivia, forum PPP, etc., open to all users.

6) scam sites dont usually have forum, discord and streams for users to enjoy, because they know they will close in few time, and they dont care about users at all.

7) withdraws are paid, sometimes with small delays, but they are always paid.

8) no minimum bet on the games. Some scammy sites put a min bet and a max bet on games, that if you use the martingale or similar systems you are going to bust for sure...

the day i started believing btc gambling site were not rig was the day my wife  bmg aka bigmannsgirl won a 1.5 btc jackpot with a 0.000064 just over 1 year ago  bet still the biggest jp ever hit there . I did think any real users could really hit those jackpots but sure enough only 1 week after i got here to start playing and also the night before her birthday she hit it. Still there are very few sites i trust. Stake I trust because of the level of service here it is far above any other site i have come across way to much work to put in to a scam site i believe. I dont think there will  ever be any site I 100% trust but the support here gives me the comfort I need to say Stake is at the top of the list  for sites i feel are legit

Where I think the strong points are:

Fairness: it wouldn't be worth playing at all if the site can manipulate the odds, so the relative transparency is most important.

Site reliability: This includes how stable the site is, as well as how bug free the experience is. There's been cases where bugs would cause players to lose, and while refunds may be issued, it's still a hassle that one would rather not deal with. There's been issues with this one early on, but things look better now.

Support: Issues can come up at anytime, so there's need for good support to help solve whatever issue may arise. I got to say Stake has some of the friendliest staff around in this regard.

----

Why one picks a site over another, might not be just trust, but would also have to do with features such as accepting coins cheaper to transact with.
