..  normally i never do this, but since the amounts are like b4tshit insane - i checked my Spam folder/Junk and behold - i found a Mail - not from March, but from 7th of February

Claiming didnt work (Code invalid or sth) and after contacting my VIP Host - I get the reply that my Claim has "expired" & well sorry... ???

Neither in the Mail itself does it say anything about a limited claim time or anything nor is there a set "expiration date" for Claims/Bonuses anywhere in the Stake Bylaws ???

And its  not about the money - yes 50$ would be nice but whatever -  no this simply spitting in my / the customers face ?  How can something expire if there is no expiration date ? Somehow stake concluded that i was eligable for the Code ... but just if i picked it up instantly ? .. I stil have some hope that my Host can sort this out but if not then this was the final Nail in the coffin for me ...

You are right when you say that stake has the right to cut, cancel or double and triple anything. however, everyone here also has the right to talk about it as long as no one has been banned.

Being a VIP - no matter where - first and foremost suggests the fact that you are a privileged user. The privileges are clearly listed on Stake and you can either accept them or not.

But... if you constantly increase the privileges within a few years (VIP host for Plat 1 to Plat 4), then you also have to expect criticism. And factual and constructive criticism should ALWAYS be allowed.

I have read every post in this thread and I am convinced that 95% here have argued factually and constructively. But you put it as if everyone here would insult and demand something from stake, which absolutely does not correspond to the facts.

Therefore, I must once again @Etude and @gnadentv give my fullest agreement that you are either speculating on the fact that stake appoints you to the HERO and sends you a bonus mail (from my side, i wish you this mail and also the bonus from the bottom of my heart - no cap), or you do not understand the background of the topic absolutely. There can be no other explanation, because you will also avoid your favorite restaurant at some point, if you have to pay 10 dollars for your favorite burger with 4 slices of meat, lettuce, tomato and extra cheese - and you still have to pay 10 dollars today - but you only get the two halves of wheat bread for it.

You either speak to the operator or choose another store. Or you accept it silently and let yourself continue to be pulled over the table. Nothing else will happen here until there is a wave of users who ignore stake.

No offense dupedonk, but you need to think more about it and find the hot spot of this topic

No, it's about the $1,000 bonus email that went out.

People are mad that other players got it and they didn't.  

Every single person that is complaining about this email is really just saying "I want money".  

They found out someone else got some money, and that made them want money too.

I'm no different in that I want money.  And when I see someone else get a bunch of money, I wish it were me that were getting that money.

It's a mistake to let this feeling control your opinion of the situation, so I try not to.  And if you remove emotion from the equation, you'll see how idiotic the argument most people are making in this thread is.

Sorry dupedonke, but you are mixing up some facts here.

You say that you want the money. And exactly because you want it, it means for you in reverse that all others want it too and if they claim that it is not so, then you insinuate them that it is so.

You do not allow any other opinion than your own

You make it a fact that EVERYONE here wants 1000 dollars. Where do you get this amount? There are the craziest rumors going around. One got 20 dollars, others are said to have received even 5000.
You are lumping everyone together and stamping on everyone that the users just want the money. Can you prove that factually?

You have to start accepting other opinions and not just your own as the only correct one.

It's primarily about the fact that people - as I said before - in most cases have a VIP rank, which is a privilege according to Stake. You don't want to understand or allow that Diamond VIPs, for example, should actually be ranked ahead of a Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze VIP. That would be more than fair because they don't have that rank for nothing and from that you can see and tell that they have either been here for a long time or have already left a lot of money with Stake.

I really don't mean any harm, nor am I upset, but your way of thinking is pretty one dimensional.

For myself, I don't make any claims at all, nor do I expect any bonuses. I demand $0.00 from anyone.

Even if I did get anything at some point, the bland aftertaste remains and I would be cautious and will just watch the progression here. In the meantime, I've long had another account (no, not with RB) and am trying my luck there.

M8, didn't u say that this is just people being jealous couse some ppl got the bonus mail and we didn't. 

This forum topic is hot for 2 weeks now.

I can see some posts here that might be interpreted like that but most of this overwhelming posts are about transparency. U can find somewhere there my post with the pointing out problem and possible solutions.

I believe you should read posts that are pointing out problems and constructive criticism and react to them.

But knowing your responses from before it's not going to happen. U are taking every opportunity on some1 pointing out something here to belittle them and saying praises to stake like it's gonna give u some edge above the others.

If you read through whole response and not just till the sentence which triggered you, which is highly doubtful I will trigger you on next paragraph.

U are well known on the forum for being spineless, I wish u will change your approach towards rest of stake players and forum folks here.

It has come to my attention that those e-mail bonuses are actually still being sent out even yesterday 23/3/2023. 

As you can see in the attachments as below by a staker who received two e-mail bonus respectively $50 and $12 in a short span of time posted on his twitter :

FYI: Even those bonuses that are mentioned to be up to $1000 or even $5000 is written exactly as the first attachment shown here in regards to the e-mail bonus written content, e.g. " Here's a $5000 bonus! You can claim a $5000 USD bonus in any currency of your choosing" that I have seen a few before others who received the email  had shared their screenshots and verified to be real email sent from Stake where they are credited the balance as shown, and it is registered in the Transaction as "Promotion".
