In short facilitating a safe space by ensuring participant follow the guidelines. 4) The main reason I feel I should be hired is i can speak 3 different majorly spoken dialects which are Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam. I want this job as i recently just lost my job and want to do something productive and useful around something I love. I honestly don't know the benefits of being a moderator. 5) I have never been warned muted or banned on stake. 6) I have never been a mod on any platform. also man do i love stake ! Moderator job is to overseeing chat and make sure everyone follow community guidelines,help out peoples with their questions regarding stake, moderator's need to make sure environment on chat is respectful and safe for everyone,no tolerance on chats related to religions and political topics, keeping records of moderation and reporting to upper ones as they needed and to Identify and escalate serious issues to higher authorities, such as security or legal teams 4. Majority to control the sanity of the chat and make sure the rules are followed. Why do I want to be mod? Ilove talking to people in chat and I think I will be a gud moderator because I have been a moderator in various discord and other SM channels also i enjoy helping others in chat and keeping a posting environment.I also have strong communication skills and relevant experience for this. Have I been muted? YES and that's what makes me a gud choice because I understand the consequences and I know now what right what's wrong what's to follow I am certainly a changed person . Also, a moderator solves basic as well as advanced problems faced by chat members during chat or other basic to advanced queries of members. Because I think that I spend most of my time in Indian chat room as I mentioned above and I also report those people to moderators who are breaking rules of chat everyday, I will be fully able to maintain a healthy chat environment 24*7 in the chat room.I strictly respect all chat rules and I will maintain a great healthy chatroom environment daily upto my best levels !! Yes, I have been muted 2 times for basic things like caps off and small chat messages in the very beginning of my Stake Journey , which I improved and learnt all chat rules & then never muted or banned. I have been moderator on rulebraker, tricks7 and other old wapka sites in the past and I am even owner of Stake India Rain Alerts Telegram Channel !! Obviously, I am fully prepared mainly for night time as you can check also, that I am fully active in evening and whole night...1000% full night I can work !! Also, a moderator solves basic as well as advanced problems faced by chat members during chat or other basic to advanced queries of members. (4) Because I think that I spend most of my time in Indian chat room as I mentioned above and I also report those people to moderators who are breaking rules of chat everyday, I will be fully able to maintain a healthy chat environment 24*7 in the chat room.I strictly respect all chat rules and I will maintain a great healthy chatroom environment daily upto my best levels !! (5) Yes, I have been muted 1 times for basic things like caps off and small chat messages in the very beginning of my Stake Journey , which I improved and learnt all chat rules & then never muted or banned. Honestly, I'm a very interactive and communicative person who likes to have conversation with people and gel with them to create a good social bonding.
