I am generally a rule-abiding, respectful, and responsible community member.

I spend long hours a day chatting. My previous job was as a moderator in a large company. 

I don't think I have any problems with the language because Turkish is my native language and I understand everyone's dialect.  

Our mission: to maintain order, guide discussions, enforce rules and manage communication on the forum or online platform. 

I want to be a moderator because I have enough experience and I have taken many software courses so I have a better command of the job. 

Yes, I was warned or silenced, but none of this was directed at anyone else, it was because of the little jokes I told myself in the text messages. 

 

And yes, I was a moderator on another platform. As I said at the beginning, I do not want to name it because it is a betting company, but before that, I was a moderator on a big company. 

I can't say that I sleep at night anyway, I like to work in a calm manner, so working at night is my favorite, my boyfriend is a software developer and he works at night, so we can stay awake together 🙂

Briefly so basicly remaining equal distance from everyone, moderating discussions, reminding and enforcing community rules when necessary, and maintaining a fair and respectful conversation make sure everything goes like it suppose to go

Why because i am already almost 5/6 hours a day i might as well be a mod en be usefull as i speak not only english very well also dutch and turkish language is on top so why not

Stake topluluğunu zaten severek takip ediyorum; moderatörlükte hem katkı sağlayabileceğim hem de topluluğun seviyesini yukarı taşıyabileceğim bir rol. Kısacası; Zaten yaptığım şeyi bu kez rozetle yapmak istiyorum.

Hiç uyarılmadım, genelde pozitif ve kurallara sadığımdır.

Daha önce farklı online topluluklarda moderasyon deneyimim oldu. Telegram, Youtube ve Kick'te moderatörlük yaptım.

Gece çalışması benim için çok daha uygun olduğundan dolayı şuan bu konuda başvuru sağlıyorum. Gece insanıyımdır, kahve+odak modu çalışırım.

Stake Türkçe topluluğunda moderatör olarak görev almak, platformun standartlarına katkı sağlamak ve sohbeti daha keyifli hake getirmek için hazırım.

-How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?

Every day I spend 14-16 hours in the Stake chat from evening until almost noon, and I usually read what is being said.

-Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

The moderator's duties primarily involve monitoring the chat to ensure respectful and enjoyable communication by providing good service, and providing information when necessary to ensure good service. There are certain rules for the chat section: no spamming, no disturbing others, no sharing personal information, and no engaging in prohibited activities such as begging or using multiple accounts. Additionally, users must refrain from advertising, link shortening, code sharing, broadcaster chats, political and religious discussions, and use only the specified language. It is the moderator's responsibility to manage the chat and guide it in accordance with these rules, providing the necessary service. 

-Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

My previous jobs were always providing consulting services. In my previous job, I used to check emails every day and worked in the service industry. Following up and providing information was my job, but since I recently moved to a quiet place, I haven't been able to find work for a while and spend half my day chatting. I believe I can be successful if given the opportunity.

-Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? 

Yes, I have been muted a half-hour chat ban because of a misunderstanding. I said, “I wish they would give us one too,” because we were talking about a coupon, but it was a coupon suggestion. I think they thought I was asking for money.   I didn't know the rules in detail at the time, but I read them afterwards and acted accordingly.

-Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

I only moderated on my friend's live stream  for a while, but it was just a small thing.

-Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
I'm always available, but evenings are more convenient for me. You could say I've been staying up late for years. I watch what's being discussed in the chat section every night anyway.

How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?

I am on site around 5-10 hours per day but i dont prefer chat always, thats why if you check my logs you cant see my real active time.

 

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

The main purpose of moderators is to ensure the peace of the chat. We can derive this as preventing users from coming from different chats, preventing fights, etc.

 

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I am aware that there are moderator shortages in Turkish chat. I have a lot of free time during the day, and I think I can at least fill it by doing something useful.

 

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? 

I don't actually remember but probably yes, sometimes they mute us because low chatting, when we low chatting without realizing it.

 

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

Yes, some discord servers and kick channels.

 

Are you prepared to work at nighttime?

As i mentioned before i have lots of free time especially nights. So yes.
