Reaperz Posted June 14, 2021 #2 Posted June 14, 2021 Always stretch before exercising, it is very important! Sit-ups, push-ups, kicks, and punches are in my daily routine.
Support MarkoKu Posted June 14, 2021 Support #3 Posted June 14, 2021 I just don't eat Ubbey, that's all, my secret.

VIP Host Micika Posted June 17, 2021 VIP Host #11 Posted June 17, 2021 Just don't eat sweets and bakery products and drink as much water as you can. It helps me a lot. And, if you do any exercise would be more beneficial. A sedentary lifestyle requires being active a bit. 😊
RA1D2DAPA Posted September 7, 2021 #17 Posted September 7, 2021 sleep stake .. bust sleep stake bust... :")
Optimost Posted September 7, 2021 #19 Posted September 7, 2021 doing house chores is already an exercise for me.
ttpwins Posted September 7, 2021 #20 Posted September 7, 2021 I walk to work. Walk all the time at work. If I work earlier I usually walk even more. I tend to average 40-45km a week. (Some days I hit 13km in a day if I work early enough) Sadly all this walking has made me lose weight that I can't afford to lose. (From 60kg to 54kg in a months time...)
fielding Posted September 7, 2021 #21 Posted September 7, 2021 I run 3 or so miles pretty much every day and go to the gym with a few buddies of mine like 4 days a week. Days when I don't run for whatever reason I try and get ~1hr of walking in. Doing these things improved my mental health a lot as well as physical. What I do is overkill to be honest... all you really need to do is walk 30mins to 1hr a day and you will see amazing results/feel much better
Moderator NeoTargetZero Posted September 8, 2021 Moderator #24 Posted September 8, 2021 alcoholic beverages is the key kidding aside i do regular plank exercise =D
