rolling in bed before getting up haha 😂  just joking 🤣 ,, I do jogging when I have a lot of time, but actually every day I do some basic exercises to keep my body strong and of course I eat nutritious foods 😉🤗💕

I can't say I'm really fit cause i am way heavier than most of the girls. But to make sure i don't get sick, i don't skip meals and eat veggies every meal. 😁

Just don't eat sweets and bakery products and drink as much water as you can. It helps me a lot. And, if you do any exercise would be more beneficial. A sedentary lifestyle requires being active a bit. 😊

I walk to work. Walk all the time at work. If I work earlier I usually walk even more. I tend to average 40-45km a week. (Some days I hit 13km in a day if I work early enough)

Sadly all this walking has made me lose weight that I can't afford to lose. (From 60kg to 54kg in a months time...)

I run 3 or so miles pretty much every day and go to the gym with a few buddies of mine like 4 days a week. Days when I don't run for whatever reason I try and get ~1hr of walking in. 

Doing these things improved my mental health a lot as well as physical. What I do is overkill to be honest... all you really need to do is walk 30mins to 1hr a day and you will see amazing results/feel much better
