I think nobody could even imagine that we all would face the problem of pandemic. Now it is high time to take care of health. I personally do exercises regularly, drink a lot of water, and do my best to avoid stress. And I take supplements and vitamins from.  Also, I'm thinking about trying yoga. 

Thank you so much for the good input .. you are right , we need to take good care of our health more despite of what situation we are in right now .

I run 3 or so miles pretty much every day and go to the gym with a few buddies of mine like 4 days a week. Days when I don't run for whatever reason I try and get ~1hr of walking in. 

Doing these things improved my mental health a lot as well as physical. What I do is overkill to be honest... all you really need to do is walk 30mins to 1hr a day and you will see amazing results/feel much better

It all comes down to the amount of calories, you can gain weight by eating 100k grams of Leaf vegetable, but eating moderate and inside your daily calorie intake (while getting all the nutrients your body needs of course) will make your body fit. Exercise is just really good to stress the muscle so they can grow and be more out there, IF you give it what it needs to do it, or it will just say "Nope cant do it"

I used to workout everyday (jogging and some bodyweights 🏋️♀️). Now i workout 3-4 times per week, walk a lot and keep my diet clean and healthy 🍒🍓 Hydration!  I am trying  to drink enough water 🥙🥗

Everything should be in the complex. As for me, exercise is in the first place. Move - is life! I visit gym three times a week. Then goes healthy eating. As for me, I gain weight if I don't follow a diet, cause I have problems with metabolism. So I follow the Canada Drugs blog where I found useful advices for health, and in particular ways to boost metabolism. Also, it is important to get enough sleep. As for me, it's crucial. If I don't get enough sleep, I feel broken for the whole day.
