TooStronk Posted January 26, 2022 #111 Posted January 26, 2022 It all comes down to the amount of calories, you can gain weight by eating 100k grams of Leaf vegetable, but eating moderate and inside your daily calorie intake (while getting all the nutrients your body needs of course) will make your body fit. Exercise is just really good to stress the muscle so they can grow and be more out there, IF you give it what it needs to do it, or it will just say "Nope cant do it"

Now i workout 3-4 times per week, walk a lot and keep my diet clean and healthy 🍒🍓 Hydration! I am trying to drink enough water 🥙🥗 🎀Stay healthy and enjoy each day🎀

Then goes healthy eating. As for me, I gain weight if I don't follow a diet, cause I have problems with metabolism. So I follow the Canada Drugs blog where I found useful advices for health, and in particular ways to boost metabolism. Also, it is important to get enough sleep. As for me, it's crucial. If I don't get enough sleep, I feel broken for the whole day.
