Started small walking on my treadmill and slowly changing up the speed/incline/time or distance until I can start running. Will be doing the same thing soon adding pushups/sit ups etc into my routine. I'm not really in it for fast results, just as long as they come over time.

You should definitely help your body stay fit. As for me, I work out regularly. I go to gym 3 times a week, walk a lot, and try to eat healthy food (at least not junk). My gf practice yoga and wants me to join her. I already tried some asanas for beginners and I need to say that I probably couldn't repeat them if I wasn't in shape. I thought yoga was really easy, but it isn't. It really gives your body the same tension as in the gym. All in all, I'm happy I'm in a good fit. Stay healthy folks!

I really consumed around 3 - 4 sundae / drumstick ice creams when ripping.
