Sure, I could get up early in the morning to run in a deserted park, but that's not an option. I've been diligently setting up the basement of my house as a home gym with the necessary equipment for a year now. In addition to the treadmill, I plan to purchase dumbbells, a barbell (if my girlfriend will help me with that for safety), and a pull-up machine.
