Hello again everyone,

First of all, this post, or anybody's post about this topic will not be deleted.

Not even my yesterday's post is deleted, because this was an error on our end. 

After first winners check (which was incorrect), small number of users was eligible for this prize, and that is why 30 players got wrong share.

After another check, the team in charge realized that there was higher number of eligible users, who got an equal share of $20.000, which is the prize pool for The Level Up Promotion.

I understand that you are upset, because you were told that you would get one prize, and you got another, but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done at the moment, because the decision on this was changed after double checking.

This was not "scam", nothing is hidden from you, and everything is transparent. 

Once again, my apologies for any inconvenience this has caused, and thank you for understanding.

Then why would you say that 'all eligible players will receive $256'? As a community manager we counted on your words and gambled away more than we normally would thinking that we'll receive some of it later on, that's nothing but irresponsible of you!

Since you say at the moment does that mean that perhaps people with high position and power at stake could modify this and give us some sort of bonus from this mistake. I understand that maybe it's not possible full amount but I mean they should be able to do something

Hey @SanjaT,

First of all, thank you for your explanations.

• What happened to the 30 users who received the wrong amount??
• Did you get the money back from them? No.
• There is inequality here. As a result of your mistake, we did not ask for 256 dollars from you, you said you would give it anyway.
• If you do not give the excess money you gave to those users as a result of error to other users who completed the promotion, this is called inequality. Just say "yes, we did not treat you equally" and the issue will be closed.
• If you make excuses for $100k; "We double-checked, the number of prize winners increased, that's how we made the decision, etc." If you say things like, it will damage a brand like Stake..
• We are already doing this promotion for 40-50 dollars. By your own mistake, you said that if you gave 250 dollars to 30 people, it would be given to everyone. You saw that the number of users was high and you broke your promise. You must accept this.
• As a result, you are the one who broke your promise.

But this is bad for me! I gambled away more money than I suppose because I read the posted information. 200+ $ is quite big amount. I gamble only what I can affird.

I normally trust Stake, because I feel safe and I know casino will resolve all matters if its fair.

Now I have lost money I was not suppose to, thanks! Just perfect, the same casino policies as everywhere else. Wont trust anything no more. I am pissed.

when will you and the whole stake team understand, that if something went wrong and if there's a mistake you have to deal with the consequences what means in this case, you should have paid out the promised amount to all eligible users. Stake doesn't have the money for that? Sure, then they can take it from your salary or from the person who told you to tell the people they will get 256$. Something like this happened also with other promotions and always "sorry" and not doing anything about it isn't enough. If it would be any other company it would be ok, but a company whose boss put 500 million $ into an affiliates vault (trainwreck) just for fun?? You are not in the position to just say sorry and think everybody is fine with it.

Most transparent and fair casino. Giving away in stream giveaways tons of money and now not paying mislead players money they have been told to be payd - basically peanuts for You.

We are gambling here because we trust the RTP, that we wont get scammed or our withdrawals will get stucked for weeks. We trust that info we recieve is correct. 

Now its clear that in terms of everything. You will always be just on the last priority of the casino - just one of the millions.

By the way talking about "transparence" especially regarding all promotion that the "marketing team" handles. Getting this after asking for calculation of the prizepool regarding the expecting amount of winners and the average on how much you have to spend on a minbet on average to get the multipliers for being eligible in this promotion. Because the way it is like the last months, this has to be a massive win for stake....

This time it happened, never saw this comming! 2nd time I participated in Level up. Seemed nice to win some promo, especially when you cannot get even a tiny bit close to the gamblers that wager millions (a lot of them with money givem them by the same casino).
