I thought only few people didn't get the prize money.

I had no idea there were so many users who completed the promotion.

Anyway I won the $44 prize recived and she apologized for the problem, so I hope this problem doesn't arise next time.
And if a problem arises, I hope it can be resolved quickly.

Yes, the amount I deserved was $44.  but theirs was also $44. If you give them 256 and give me 44, an unpleasant situation will arise here

Moreover, if you admit your mistake and say that everyone will get $256 and break your promise, our trust in you will end.

It is bad for you to damage Stake's corporate structure for these amounts..

How delusional you have to be to think that it was @SanjaT who didn't want us to get $256, she promised that because she thought Stake is surely not this mean, but she was wrong.
It's her fault promising that, but the real one to blame is whoever is in charge above her that didn't allow her to pay full amount and finally Eddie.

I never blamed her. I specifically blamed Stake for it. We already know that it is not her initiative. After all, she is an employee representing Stake. I personally find her successful. I only criticized Stake through that. So my criticisms were not specific to her.

I must give a tip of the hat to @SanjaT After thinking about it I believe she said that to try and secure a nice payout for us degens. Then most likely the promotion's team realized how big of a fail they caused and since only 30 people got the $256 payout it wasn’t enough to spark to much outrage within the community so they decided they didn’t need to give everyone else the same amount. If maybe 78 people got the $256 it might of had a different outcome but anyways I just want to apologize to @SanjaT for directing my angry thoughts towards her instead of the people who denied her valiant request of treating us all like equals and being paid the same amount that those lucky 30 received

Until about 6months ago i was a active in almost every promo/forum challange that was availble. But when i tried for keno on forum, i by a honest mistake dint copy the bet id on a 800x and did post same id twice from one of maany 500x insted, and admin who was calculating did not notice the error aswell, called me out as a winner, posted it public(i guess its still there) i even got to claim what i belived was 1st prise.

ONLY to have my withdrals locked, in a thread on forum someone noticed my misstake(and no not the admin) and called me out as a cheater. And i sent in the very same thread a print to prove i did hit the multiplier that i did claim. An honest mistake and we all prolly done it at some point im pretty sure of it. So after proved that i acted honorly and with pure intention i was not eligeble the first prize at the end. was compensated i think 300$ after i about 3-4weeks.

That ended what i belived was fair play and the fun of it. I dont expect anything from stake since. And slowly moving away from stake. The admin in question who just proven that he did not do what hes supposed to do never sent anykind of appology but insted continued to insult me and make statements like i tried to manipulate my way to a win.

That really sent me a strong msg thats its time to move on. When you cant admit that you are a human, who is expected to make mistakes in almost anyway cant handle a thing like this in a humble way i see redflaggs, even had my forum account banned a few days in what i assume a half assed way cover up his error.

 

There, as you migth staring to suppect at this point, i do enjoy a good fishscale now and then

Good day to all!

Guys as one of the players affected by the incident about the level up promotion’s issue yesterday, i talked to eddie and asked for help & explanation.

We all know that the level up promotion prizes are not that big right? But sanjaT is just new on stake and she messed up, she made a mistake. End of the day they paid the promotion as it should have been paid

Along with this the prize money which is good for all the participants are just claimed by 30 out of 78 people.

In a follow up post, she again made a mistake of promising 256$ per participant which is too big for stake to handle.

We also know what is the right prize right? max $40 is what we expect. I myself is a fan of doing level up promotion every week.

And tbh i am so frustrated by what happened. 😔 But upon talking to sir eddie and explained the side of stake. He made it clear to me. i hope to everyone too.

SanjaT already posted an apology letter to the forum and stake paid what is right to be paid. As per sir eddie he want to send his sincere apology regarding what happened. He wanna give thanks to all the players and promised that this issue will never happen again in the future.

some people received more which they got $256 but no one received less,  we got the usual prize $44 and it varies every week, max less than $100.

as what i’ve said earlier, i’m a player too like u  who got the $44 bonus prize and who always participating level up promotions every week, i’m frustrated too of what happened.

SanjaT is new, she made a mistake and posted an apology in forum already but there’s nothing we can do is to accept. it is what it is. just move on

Still, doesnt change the fact that, some of us counted on the words of the 'Community Manager' and gambled away more than we'd normally do thinking we'll receive $256 in couple of days, that's pretty f'ed up

If Eddie made clear he couldnt pay 100k because a mistake that they did, thats Just bullshit, 2 highroller bonus drops pay for this, they simply let sanja burn because of her mistake. 99% of this money would be gambled away anyway, this look bad and stinks.
